So how are they going to get around this restriction?
I'm guessing that the advertising overlays that run during the shows are just going to get even more obnoxious. When I left my cable TV subscription behind, SpikeTV was one offender (Star Trek TNG/DS9 reruns), where the animated logo advertising could take up at least 20% of the screen while it was playing.
ABC's Whose Line episodes came with talking advertising overlays.

These are among the many reasons I greatly dislike advertising/marketing departments. One of their primary job functions seems to be to make other people miserable whenever possible, along with conveying information that's just barely true enough to qualify as legal.

that leads to another question. i fyou are a adult do you have to make sure the hologram is 18? or can you go lower? or with animals?

Also lets say i wanted to have sex with a women and had a hologram of her and she found out. could she get me for rape?

-real Lightsaber
-Holodeck
-Replicator
-Sex Change machine (Don't you dare judge me)
-Tron Motorcycles
-Gaming consoles that don't crap out that aren't made by Nintendo

Flying cars.... we were promised these a long time ago and the future still refuses to let us have them the bastard.

The caption thing is sort of possible now. One could use Pokemon Go type technology to add captions to people in augmented reality.
