3 hard-boiled egg whites
3 whole egg omelet (the cook didn't hear me say egg whites)
.5 cup spinach, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms
8 oz black coffee

rotisserie chicken breast
1.5 cups spinach, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

I noticed you're eating a lot of the same thing on a daily basis. I am too: a lot of fish. Mostly tinned stuff, because it's fast and cheap (no preservatives though, so that's a plus, and I buy no salt added varieties when possible). Canadian sardines, herring, Alaskan pink salmon. High in fat. High in protein. Low in carbs. I'm back in keto after a short bulk.

I only mention this because a relatively fat guy complained that my boiled eggs stunk this morning, and asked if I ever get tired of eating the same stuff everyday. I told him, "Not really. I was just tired of being fat everyday." He kind of gave me the cut-eye and walked away.

I've been following your log and checking out your recipes. You're doing a great job of eating well. Keep it up!

it's funny, i don't know why but i'm not tired of eating the same thing every weekday for some reason. maybe it's because i've internally accepted what i'm trying to accomplish or maybe when on a diet like this, even the plainest sounding meals can taste awesome every time.
