Heres an idea, if you want to be independent..........MOVE OUT. You obviously dont want to be there, you have your own money so go get your own place. Being independent and helping someone out is different. You need to wake up to reality.

I could move out but I would have to get probably 2 other jobs which wouldn't allow me to continue my education.

And said education is paid for by whom?

By me since currently I am only taking one class and working part time.

wow...you are really are a spoiled piece of sh!t. I work 38-40 hours a week at a retail job then go home everynight and study for 3-5 hours so i can keep up a 98 average in full AP courseload. And you cant handle to work more than 30 hours and take 1 course.

BTW: I have something for you...

I really hope this thread is Skoorb Effect. If it is, it's magnificently done. If it's not, you're a magnificent ass.

Let me clue you in on a few things:
1) 140 miles on a car is nothing. I put 500+ miles on my car in a weekend. 140 miles is approximately 0.07% (0.0007) of the total miles that a modern car should be conservatively estimated to be capable of.
2) Before I bought my project car or my motorcycle (both with my own hard-earned money), when my parents needed my car, they took it and I considered myself lucky if the reason they took it wasn't because their car was in for an oil change or something. (i.e. they borrowed my car when they didn't have access to their own, so I didn't have any car, not even a minivan, to drive.)
3) I think you're Jerboy.
4) Based on this and on your postings in other threads, you are now my new "special friend".

For all of you dumping on CallTheFBI, please stop. As the parent of several teenagers,, I've occassionally wondered exactly what we did to deserve such offspring. Now I see my kids are, comparatively, Mother Teresa. FBI has performed a public service by making such a clueless display of self-centered juvenile patterings. Well done job, FBI, you raised my spirits immensely.

But it would truly suck to be related to you. Its bad enough to be aware of your exisitence.

Amen, this guy wins the whiny b!tch of the week award.

SUCK IT UP BUDDY!
life is fuller of MUCH greater injustices. Maybe you could use a run-in witha few of them to knock you down a peg or two.

By the way I have an update for you people. This morning I had to drive my mom to work and spend $30 on gas. Then I had to give her $10 for lunch. THEN when I got home the gardener had to be paid, so I had to give him another $60. I'm getting shafted left and right today! All of that on TOP of my dad taking my car. Ok, this is really starting to suck.

IF YOU HAVE A HOUSE BIG ENOUGH TO HAVE LITTLE CONTACT WITH PARENTS, AND A PRIVATE GARDENER, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING.

if your car is that big of a piece of sh1t that it is going to cost you 500 bucks because it was driven 140 miles. take the 50 bucks and buy another piece of sh1t with it. personaly i wouldn't even ride in a car that is going to need engine repairs from driving 140 miles...
and i suppose that your dad is paying for your schooling? you sound pretty damn ungrateful to me. how come i also get the feeling that he probably also gave you the car in question?

Ok, the car is a '99 Chevrolet Lumina with 75,500 miles on it. I spent $100 on preventative maintanance on it every 3 months at Jiffy Lube. Plus I try to keep the mileage down by not taking unnecessary trips. I'm really trying to get this car to last.

if you are for real...then your a sad sad little man.

We used to beat up rich whiny kids like you when i was a kid.

and i bet the reason you dont want roomates is because you have no freinds or any that would put up with your pathetic asshat of a personality for more than a hour at a time.

you still dont get it do you..its not that you have ur own wing in the house..its just your parents dont want to see you much deal with your personality so they built a kennel for you to live in. do they have a small door they shove food through? or do u just have a water dish and a kibble dispenser?

I personally hope everyone laughs at you when you drive around in the minivan and throw more fruit and rotten vegtables at you than they normally do as they point and laugh.

I thought it was an Explorer?

It doesn't matter though. I agree, you're obviously being taken advantage of. Your first course of action should be to move out on your own. Then your parents will realize how horribly they've relied on you for support, maybe they'll come crawling back to you.

YAY! SPOILED BRAT! YAY!

Honestly, 140 miles is like, what, 1/3 of a tank of gas? You are being more than adequately compensated for his borrowing your car. Say that's 8 bucks of gas, plus about $10 worth of your next service appointment. If you did this more often you could be making good money.

Oh no! You'll have to drive the minivan! You don't have a penis so you rely on your car to identify your sex!

$30 for gas to drive your mother to work? Even if you only get 20mpg and pay $2/gallon for gas, that's 300 miles. 150 miles each way..I have a hard time believing that your mother has a job requiring approximately five hours of commution time per day.
