hrm .. i really really need ot move from california. everytime someone posts realty for homes or rent, i salivate. It's cheaper compared to California.
 
You get a room to yourself and still only pay 1/3 of the rent...you're making out.
And don't forget to lock the bedroom door at night or the friend's BF might be crawling under your sheets and you guys will be on the next episode of Jerry Springers.
