Didn't know the bar was set so high for ace tanker on the SU-122-44. This is without premium. Would be 114k credits earned for premium...
704 or 268 + optics, rammer, GLD = profit.I've come to the conclusion that a camo net is useless on the non-turreted TDs. I move after most shots anyway, and even then, I have to move prior to shooting most of the time just to line up a shot. So I'm starting to transition over to either binocs or GLD on most of my TDs.
Don't forget the gun traverse is almost nonexistant and the bloom is huge if you move a bit. I use the tank almost as a shotgun half the time and I still miss stuff on full bloom even from 50m away. Its b/c that tank is very OP when in a tier 7 match. 6.6 second reload(w/ bia) for 390 damage. It blows through tanks, and if the enemy team doesn't emphasize killing you, getting 3k+ damage isn't hard at all. The only thing that slows it down is the shitty accuracy and aim time. With premium rounds, its still a beast even in a tier 8 game.
The KV5 is not bad but I think the Lowe, T59, and T26 SP are better money makers. At least for me they are. It really comes down to personal play style though. Buy the one that fits yours. Is the KV-5 worth a buy? Type 62? I mostly just stick to Lowe and T34 for making credits, just wondering what you guys think.
Inquiring minds want to know. I was thinking about the KV-5, but I already have the Super P. and the SU-122-44 that I use for credit printing. I am currently working up the Soviet Heavy Line (just about to buy the KV-1S), so I might get some training out of it, which would be nice.Is the KV-5 worth a buy? Type 62? lol I watched that E50 ram earlierHey lurker...
Beep Beep Motherf'er!
The AC 46 is a really mediocre, especially with the 100mm. If you use the 90mm DCA 45 instead, it goes from giant turd to tolerable. The French TDs have the very unusual trait of the top gun actually being the worst choice because of terrible dispersion and aim times - on the Bathtub, I used the stock gun, and on the ARL V39 I used the DCA 30. I just unlocked the AC 48 and plan to run it with the 100mm rather than the 120mm. Anything with 2.9+ second aim time on a TD is just unbearable unless it's a BL-10.Finally tried out the AC Mle 46. Shit gun takes about 5 seconds to aim and blooms like crazy, and it's a medium velocity gun so the bullet's crazy slow in comparison to normal guns. Fuck the french tank destroyers.
It was quite fun. I got 3 rams off that game. The IS3, the Superpershing (not a good one) and an epic one on a T44.lol I watched that E50 ram earlier![]()
The T34 RARELY needs premium rounds. The 59 also only needs a few if it has to pin some targets from the front. The JT, KV5, IS6 needs premium rounds regularly. All the tier 8 premiums are nearly equivalent as money makers, it just comes down to playstyle preference and which crews you want to train. I have a Type 59, Lowe, and T34, and find myself playing the T34 the most now because I have needed to train several crews as I grind up the American lines, whereas getting my E-100 or Chinese med crew their 4th skill would be pretty pointless. If you fire only silver ammo I believe the Type and JT 88 are the most profitable on average, but with some APCR usage the Lowe and T34 will come out on top.

TOG POWERRRRRRRRR.
That was phrased poorly, what I was saying is that the Type 59 and JT will need APCR if you want to maximize your damage/stats, but it hurts their profitability, and the T34 and Lowe would come out ahead. If you never fire any premium rounds then the Type 59 and JT are the best money makers. It was quite fun. I got 3 rams off that game. The IS3, the Superpershing (not a good one) and an epic one on a T44.

I haven't bought anything yet, but I'm seriously considering the year of premium since it's such a savings at the moment, and that one I can justify since I almost never play without paying for premium when I do.I'm doing fairly well with my ISU, dragging the win rate up to 48% from 45 last night. The SU85 and 100 are doing well too, 53 and 55% respectively.
Anyone else pick up anything in the anniversary sale? I picked up the year of premium and birthday bundle #2.
