The IS3 is a dream compared to the KT when it comes to bouncing rounds. I have done this in the last couple of nights and cant help but laugh.

In Sand River I am fighting a KV5 and a Lowe shows up. I turn my nose to the KV5 and work on killing the Lowe. After dispatching the lowe behind him I kill the KV5 who has been dinging off me for the past 90 seconds.

In Mines I am dueling another IS3. I am on the top of the hill he isnt. After getting annoyed he couldnt lodge me he makes a run for our base to kill a couple of lower tier heavies camping. I give chase and run right into his buddy in an IS. I shoot him and then hug him from behind while I shoot the IS3. He goes up the hill to shoot me and I turn my nose to him while working over the IS3. Then turn my gun and send him to tank heaven.

The IS3 used to have a really crappy 2nd turret that had less frontal armor than the stock (at the tradeoff for more side and rear armor). The current one seems improved all the way around, so it's much easier to ding rounds. That combined with the normalization change makes it pretty dangerous.

But I still punch holes in it all the time. KT with a bit of angling is terrifying, though it seems like a crapshoot when it comes to bouncing stuff off the lower glacis. Pack a fire extinguisher!

this thing is WORLDS better than the 13 75. the gun actually damages
reload is kinda a bitch tho.

this grind is brutal, i'm at 165k ish right now, so a little past 1/2 way LOL

It does not hit that hard, but it is accurate as hell but you get flatter arcs (harder to shoot over stuff).

Anybody have a guess on when 7.2 might drop? I've got about 70k XP to grind out on my T34 and maybe 2m credits needed. I don't know if I should try to push for the T30 before it splits.

I think you could. I'd say 2 weeks min.

I just got Billote's medal in my brand new T20 was pretty surprised I did not die, considering the kamikaze runs I made to create some chaos.

When you get one and unlock the 107/152, you will understand.

it's beastly for its tier. It has a 152 artillery cannon that can damage tier 10s as well as a tier 7 gun (107mm) that's pretty powerful even vs tier 8s and some tier 9s. It has pretty heavy armor for its tier as well.

Oh and if you have a KV with the box turret you get a free tank in the russian patch.
