Quoted for stupid: since my registration date I have posted 15 times in this thread. You have posted 80.

In fact, 8% of my posts since then are in this thread. 22% of yours are.

You mad? Those pesky facts get you again. You are emotionally invested in this topic to a profound degree. You should step aside and do something else for a bit.

Lol! The fact is, most of your posts in P&N are in threads about black people. In fact, you are so pissed about that that you deflected the point with the above nonsense;)

Stay salty;)

Lol! You getting mad bro?

Again, unless you know all the details of what took place in the store and afterwards then anything you think about his state of mind is pure speculation. The fact that you can't understand this makes you an idiot;)

I know details. I know details from the video and his accomplice's confession and the witnesses report to the police, which are the details you dismiss and refuse to even acknowledge as details. Based on these details, it is a reasoned conclusion and not wild speculation. Understand the difference. Demanding more details as if we don't have enough is laughable. If we magically had recording of every word leading up to, during, and after the encounter, you would still demand "details" and claim that we don't know the details.

"You don't know his blood pressure and heart rate and body temperature! You don't have all the details! It is impossible to know his state of mind without knowing every possible detail! What subatomic particles across the universe were his subatomic particles quantum entangled with during the recording of the video? See? You can't answer that! It's impossible to draw a conclusion!"

Your argument that the robbery is irrelevant to his state of mind has been destroyed.

Not only are you wrong, but grossly so. In fact, in the month I have been here all of my posts in threads about black people make up a lower percentage of my total posts than just your posts in this thread alone. You don't get to change the goalpost now; the average increases if we look only at P&N, but your original post made no mention of that. And you're still wrong--still under 50% of posts in P&N are about black people, unless you think discussing net neutrality is a thread about black people because the president is black. If so, you need to understand how subjects work.

You can be stupid, but I won't tolerate you outright lying when the facts are so contradictory to what you say. As such I will report your post for the libel it is.

Back to the topic, though: how can a guy who has over 80 posts in this thread in the last month alone, who commits more than 20% of his posts to just this thread in that time period, only learn two days ago that Michael brown robbed a convenience store? That has been known by the public for three months!

It's super easy speculation. Kind of like if you see a tornado, you can speculate that 'the weather is bad'.

I'm seriously tempted to screen shot all your posts and put it on reddit.com/r/wtf

He's trolling. There's no way to take him seriously at this point. Eventually, his posts are going to spiral into 'Who is Mike Brown?'

Just ignore him.

Why is McShame even allowed to post anymore around here? According to P&N forum rules he is posting intentional logic fallacies and everyone in this thread agrees he is intentionally trolling. While he has been insulting others as well, they at least haven't been completely over the top as some of the TM supporters were in the other thread and got infractions/bans handed out for there at least at one point.

Can't even have a civil discussion on this topic here because of the troll. Heck, even the previous other staunch supporters of Brown in this thread awhile back have all disappeared.

It's almost as if he's intentionally edging on 'is this a troll or is he serious' so that everyone just gets sick of debating with him and they leave. Like he wants to run anybody that would speak against Mike Brown out of the scene.

So I say we ignore him. The next person that respond to him should get a vacation! :p

FBI Warns Ferguson Decision ‘Will Likely’ Lead to Violence By Extremists Protesters
...
“The announcement of the grand jury’s decision … will likely be exploited by some individuals to justify threats and attacks against law enforcement and critical infrastructure,” the FBI says in an intelligence bulletin issued in recent days. “This also poses a threat to those civilians engaged in lawful or otherwise constitutionally protected activities.”
...
"Those infiltrating and exploiting otherwise legitimate public demonstrations with the intent to incite and engage in violence could be armed..."
...
The bulletin cites a series of recent messages threatening law enforcement, including a message posted online last week by a black separatist group that offered “a $5,000 bounty for the location” of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, who fired the shots that killed Brown on Aug. 9.
...
<and it goes on>

We as a nation have to answer the question, is it the police force causing the violence in these communities? I think we should take the scientific approach and test it out. Perhaps after the decision is announced, perhaps the police completely stay out of Ferguson for a week. Let's observe what happens. Let's see what occurs now that the enemy is removed from the equation.

And we'll have the answer to our question.

And a memo to some of this thread: the video in this news article contains a portion of the store surveillance video of the robbery that took place shortly before the shooting. Might be good watching to freshen up memories.

Sorry but speculation doesn't hold up in court which is why I wasn't aware of the robbery being any more than speculation until I found out that dorian admitted that brown stole something.

But hey, if speculation is your thing I cannot fathom what problem you'd have with my posts;)

I'll answer your question this way. If the police dept and local DA had conducted a fair and competent investigation it would have greatly lessened the chance of violence.

As far as the video it is irrelevant in the confrontation between Wilson and Brown since Wilson didn't know about the robbery.

It is not speculation. It's called Mens Rea and you should look it up. It is the motive reason for why Brown would assault Wilson first if that is the case. The defense for Wilson is going to use that in any court hearing to provide a motive of why Michael Brown was the instigator and not Dan Wilson.

Michael Brown committing a crime just minutes before Wilson caught up to him is very good motive for Michael Brown to do what is in his power to prevent being arrested by Dan Wilson. It gives a motive to why he would attack first. That is exactly how the court system works.

Stay salty;)

Proved to be incorrect. Wilson knew about the robbery which is why he backed up to confront Michael Brown. This has been recently proven by dispatch audio tapes at the time. Stop perpetrating the misinformation please.

Also, the other reason it is relevant is because it gives motive to why Michael Brown would be the instigator in a violent altercation between himself and any police officer who showed up after his robbery.

The police chief himself said Brown was not pulled over because of the robbery.

Are you calling the chief and therefore the police department liars??

http://wtvr.com/2014/08/15/michael-brown-robbery-suspect/

Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson told reporters Friday that “the initial contact between” Michael Brown and the police officer who fatally shot him was not related to the alleged convenience store robbery committed nearby a short time earlier

No, I am saying that the police chief had stated incorrect information during his initial press conferences regarding the info early on. Why he got the wrong information given to him to be restated at the press conference is beyond me. It has since come out that Wilson did approach Brown based off the robbery. That link you have is from information given to the press 3 months ago.

People can be incorrect without being liars. Why do you have to use a strawman for your argument?
