Supersize me had some rules.
IF THE STORE ASKED YOU TO INCLUDE SOMETHING YOU HAD TOO.
It was about how McD's was messing up health, not how you can eat healthy at McD's...I think you can if you shop smart. Still for my needs it doesn't suffice.
My meals are:
40g protein shake
1/2 cups oats
workout
40g protein + 1/2 cup malt/dex
20g protein
lunch
20g protein
dinner
pre-bed cottage cheese.
weekends = beer and bad diet though. Grabbing 3 figures of weight in each hand then using them in the gym is a good thing.
