Grrrr...just watch..MA is gonna do something similiar. All the states are hungry for money now and MA just announced that they do not have enough money to cover the latest ice storm. I was waiting for my court date for my speeding ticket. It took them three months to get me a court date....why did it take long? They had to scheduale a court date that was a good time for the ticketing officer! Yet, when i call and ask for a postponement of the date (I have to travel for work that day), they said it is not possible. What is the point of fighting the ticket if I know they will probably not listen to me and are stacking the odds against me??? GRRRRRR.

actually there is a reason for this. Bloomberg is PISSED OFF and his feelings are hurt that his congestion plan failed through.

So he's actually making moves, in the name of this and that bullshit, in order to create more congestion so that :

1. he can say, see? told you that you needed the congestion plan. look at all this congestion around here.
2. attempt to implement the congestion plan again during his 3rd or 5th or 50th term or whatever the fuck term he wants since he making and buying his own fucking laws now.
