1. give everyone on ATOT her number.
2. have people call her pretending to be lawyers and saying she will be sued for $2,800 plus tax if she does not comply with returning your computer to you in the same shape it was delivered in.

Get a new computer. Good excuse to anyways.

Don't talk to her and never help her out again. Make sure that your coworkers who are close to you know not to do the same for her (only close coworkers, don't slander her to random coworkers, that would be messed up -- but protect your buddies). Too bad nice guys finish last. :(

Will take a lot of time to take it to small claims and it causes problems because she works with you.

So, really, what happened?

Did you get it back yet?

Did you take any measures to recover your property?

Or is crying on ATOT the only thing you're good at?

call the police and report her for thieft.

first send her ceritified letters demanding it back. get her on tape saying it is yours (such as have rher call you back about it and let the machine record it) etc.

Yup try to get her to leave a message on your machine, since its illegal in some states to covertly tape record someone.
