"Websites containing 33.3% or more of pornographic content are responsible for checking users' age."

Everyone in Louisiana "Yeah, I just go to Pornhub for the articles "!

33.3%, ok. Here comes a giant wall of invisible text making up just over 66% of the page content :)

Someone is going to have to check the percentages on all those sites. I'm sure the politicians that pushed for this will get right on that with their staff. "I checked the double penetration category, Bill can you take anal, Charlotte you can have blow jobs."

Oh, that staff. I was thinking something entirely different for a minute.

I don't mind trying to find a way that kids of a certain age can't see porn. Porn really fucks boys up with how they see women. Just like I'm against advertising to kids

It's interesting how these control freaks love to find excuses for punishment. Even if everyone became a pious priest or nun, they would create new criteria to judge their levels of piety and punish the ones responsible for the slightest, most harmless deviations!

"Oh look, he has a bulge in his pants! Throw him in jail!"

"That nun's nipples are HARD in her bra! We confirmed it with our unique soft tissue X-ray technology to keep our women dedicated to making pious children! Her desires must be trained out of her!".

"Technically Inclined?" Really?

It is pretty simple to use a VPN and spoof your location.
So simple a caveman could do it.
I agree that it is not actually difficult to use a VPN but then I think of people like my mom where every time she sits in front of a computer she freaks out like she's defusing a bomb or whatever.

I hope your mom isn't going to PornHub!

Sure but how many people are technically inclined enough to use one?
Exactly one of the reasons why they are doing it. They know that many of the uncle Ernie's, pervert senior citizens, closet gay bashers, and their ilk are lazy & technologically crippled. Too much work…

Sure it's simple. For someone who posts on a tech message board.
And in the grand scheme of computer things it's not all that hard, no.
But how many people want to jump through that extra hoop and pay the extra $$?
