So that isnt bannable anymore?

Is Bill o' Lielly an AT member?

Sounds like Free speech to me.

Oh that's right, most Americans don't believe in that anymore, silly me.

Call him what you will, but I was just referring to the three letter word in bold above.
I understand not using as a derogatory term for a homosexual, but if the person is not homosexual and is deserving of derision, why the heck not?

Why? O'Reilly already apologized for his mistake.

No, the bloated gas bag you're apologizing for, never did. By your protest against this, it seems to be a better idea than I thought.

He didn't, and it's too late now. Queasy is as misinformed as O'Reilly.

Actually, I watch neither Fox News or MSNBC (O'Reilly and Olberman are good reasons why)...but thanks for playing.

Oh, my mistake, you just acted so much like the moronic ditto heads that watch billy boy that you fit in really nicely. I mean, you did come to his defense, and where exactly was that apology?

My mistake. More of a correction than an apology. May even be a weak correction but at least he attempted to address the situation.

I'm still waiting for Olberman to issue all of his corrections btw. Kind of hilarious that he jumps all over O'Reilly for this yet goes with headlines like "Haditha Massacre" on the same show when the investigations into what happened at Haditha aren't even complete. There are numerous other incidents where Olberman either got his facts wrong or misrepresented them.

Olberman may gets some facts wrong but he'll at least acknowledge he was wrong. He also doesn't talk down to 4 star retired generals either. Olberman > O'CRAPPY

Just curious, how was it a correction? He said the same exact lie twice, to the same General, pathetic, lying o'reilly. He was very adamant about it both times. It was on the record, documented.
You know an awful lot about these two from never watching them. I never heard of Olberman until this thread.
o'reilly discredited WWII vets, my father included. There was no correction, no apology, no retraction, and faux news isn't that fubar that they would mistake Malmedy for Normandy. That doesn't fly at all.
So we can conclude a few things,
1. o'reilly is a complete and total liar
2. o'reilly has no crediblity whatsoever
3. faux news doesn't give a shiny crap about their reputation
4. faux news, o'reilly and anyone else involved do not respect the veterans of WWII

His correction was a lie to save face though. It was obvious from his original comment and his correction that he didn't know what he was talking about.

Because he put up a viewer email pointing out his mistake and he responded to it.

You know an awful lot about these two from never watching them. I never heard of Olberman until this thread.
You've never heard of Olberman? He's most famous for doing Sportscenter with Dan Patrick.

I do alot of reading. Better way to get news IMHO. Olberman comes up alot because of the distortions and misrepresentations he puts out there. He's also got an unhealthy obsession with O'Reilly.

o'reilly discredited WWII vets, my father included.
Olberman discredited current Iraq soldiers by running the "Haditha Massacre" headline without mentioning that the investigation is still ongoing.

There was no correction, no apology, no retraction, and faux news isn't that fubar that they would mistake Malmedy for Normandy. That doesn't fly at all.
Fox News isn't responsible for the transcript. Read the copyright notice at the bottom. A company called Voxent is responsible for the transcript...the same company that does the transcripts for MSNBC.

So we can conclude a few things,
1. o'reilly is a complete and total liar and Olby is too
2. o'reilly has no crediblity whatsoever and neither does Olby
3. faux news doesn't give a shiny crap about their reputation and neither does Olby
4. faux news, o'reilly and anyone else involved do not respect the veterans of WWII and Olby doesn't respect current soldiers

BTW...I'm not trying to defend O'Reilly as much as I'm trying to point out Olberman's hypocrisy.

That means you're defending O'Reilly. He's a douchebag, even if Oberman was a hypocrite( which, I don't believe he is.) You're just digging yourself deeper.

the line that was edited? Ok, fine whatever helps you sleep at night. You're siding with o'reilly, you even said he apologized so why should WWII vets do anything.
Pretty cut and dried.

So you're ok with Olberman running "Massacre" headlines about our current soldiers? Whatever helps you sleep at night.

Actually, the first story that evening was about Haditha, including an interview with retired Major General John Batiste.

No, I'm doing what I intended to do from the beginning. Show Olberman's hypocrisy.
