Was it in this thread that somebody mentioned it?

The vote itself may not matter. They've installed loyalists in a number of states in positions responsible for the election and results. These people MAY have the ability to block the vote and make their own decisions. Whether or not the Courts stop them remains to be seen.

Jan 6 was a normal tourist event, right?

No, it was Antifa. No, it was the FBI. No, we saw fake video and Tucker showed us the real video where it was simultaneously Antifa and the FBI leading a peaceful tourist event

To be fair, anyone black who liked Trump before today is probably not going to look at today and say "he's racist?! who knew! gadzooks, I must change my vote!" I'm sure they have their reasons. Or they simply are dumb enough to buy the "greatest President for blacks since Lincoln" Trump blather. "He said it, it must be true!"

Goin' to run some errands with my second Kamala T-shirt. I like this one better than the first. Let's see if I get more thumbs up here in civilization.

Trump is in no danger of losing his base, that much is certain. That's not who he has to win though and another all base at all costs strategy is a loser.

That's presumably to get more of the Indian-american vote in upsidedownland....or something?

I have no idea what the point of that is supposed to be, or who would be impressed other than people who worship him already.

Well, keep it up fellas, we'll see how it works for you.

A tenet of their campaign was supposed to be reaching out to make gains with African American men who like his style/econ message. This is however predicated on 1) Biden being his opponent and 2) not being overtly racist. Both of those things are out the window now and he's mad.

Republicans: we're not weird! ... Stop calling us weird!

Tim Pool: Sir Trump will come for me in his suit of armor and hold me close like the cuddly little bunny rabbit I am!!

THAT is what TDS really looks like. I can’t believe they were serious making that. At least they drew him wearing fat armor, not like some buff hero of yore.

Never heard of Tim Pool before, but checked Wikipedia. “8th grade dropout with a podcast” sounds about right.

Trump’s campaign is now going after (checks notes) Montel Williams because he and Kamala Harris dated in the '90s.

Steve Cheung: “Montel Williams and his couch.”

Nice job, Steve! Keep reminding people about that Vance couch meme! That’s why they pay you the big bucks!

And one more for the “Republicans are weird” file; Jesse Watters wants to know if there is video of the JD Vance / Couch sex tape.

Lol! ... In what world does it make sense to go on national TV to discuss a stupid meme that makes fun of your candidate? There’s just no way this is going to decrease the couch fucking jokes. Do they really not see that?

Also, prediction: Deep Fake couch fucking video will be posted within a day. Blur the couch to protect its privacy.

As much as I wanted Biden out and Kamala in, I didn't think she was the best candidate we could put forward but I did think she was solid. Now I'm starting to think she was the best candidate we could put forward.
Maybe in a vacuum, she wasn't the best candidate, but [we] exist in the context of all in which [we] live and what came before [us]. The continuity with the administration is a) important to avoid fracturing the party with stupid infighting a few months before the election, and b) important to signal that progressive policies championed by the administration remain as such going forward (to cut all ties might signal that many of those polices would be "loser things", relegating us back into politicians who champion policies more akin to Bill Clinton).
