Word for word with name change of course from the e-mail I got. Try dealing with the internet sales departments. They will give you a better starting point since chances are you looked up the invoice price of the car.

nice thats way under the MSRP ill have to take a look :)

Every car in Chicago looks like a cobra R? Are you sure? They're fairly distinctive. Have you ever seen one before? Do you know what they look like?

i should get a Cobra-R omgomgomg, so i can look like every other car in the area. Everyone has a mustang here.

You can't afford a Cobra R, nor would anyone sell you one. Try again.

i was giving an example of a tweaked out common car... and no i cant afford cobra-R and if i could i would spend it on something much less gay.

And whats with the hostility sexy man? Balls caught in your american crankshaft?

A Cobra-R are is a common car? Are you retarded or just clueless? They cost around 80-90k and are only made once in a blue moon. 95 and 2000 were the last two production runs. Do you realize there are maybe 500-1000 of them total? Oh, I guess you are a typical rice boy fanatic and think every car adds R to the end of its name.

At least learn how to comprehend before you fly off the handle with annoying diatribes.

He said "tweaked out common car"; analogous to how the M-series is his idea of a "tweaked out" version of the more common model (M3->3-series, M5->5-series, etc.).

The Cobra-R is a much more rare car than the M3 or M5, so I suggest you do a little research before you attempt to correct someone.

i dont think an average person would be able to distinguish between a cobra-r and a mustang... maybe that's what he meant when they're all over the place.

...just like how the average person can't tell between an M3 and a regular 3 series... rare or not.

Take your blatant zealotry down a notch and read what I said moron. Did I say, anywhere, that the Cobra has more/less production numbers then any of the Ms?

Also, please show me a Cobra selling for 80-90k....

That's my fault then; however, it wasn't my argument in the first place.

I'd LOVE a Type R. Wow.
Was kinda funny. I saw one driving through town. My friend came over a few days later. We we're talkin cars....He says "Hey, did you see the WRX your neighbor has?!" I was like No...
Then I asked him "Hey! Who drives the Type R Mustang! That thing is SWEET!!" He was like No clue.....

Its then and there I realized we were in completely different leagues when it came to cars we admired.

Then why did you call me a moron, if you didn't even know the truth yourself? Seems like you took a pretty big leap just because you wanted to attack me. The Cobra-R is a much rarer care than a M series has ever dreamed of. 300 made in 2000, and around the same made in 95.

Used Cobra-R going for 62k (they were selling for 80-90k when they first came out, insane markup)

The MSRP on Type R's is reasonable. I think it was mid 40's to maybe low 50's. Keep in mind thats MSRP, obvioulsy not with the markup.

You can't tell this from this?

There are some glaring differences.

Well duh of course id piss in my pants if i see a cobra-r... but i'm 100% sure... ALL my friends now will say... "so what it's a mustang? big deal"

Typer-R? Are you talking about the Acura Integra Type-R? The Ford Cobra-R has never been known as a "Type-Anything"

Again, please read my original post and drop this. I said NOTHING about the damn Cobra R being rarer than any of the M-series' cars. DROP IT. I did not think the Cobra R was that expensive + markup, but I guess it is. That wasn't my argument, and I care not about taking it further...
