Narrow minded much? You can't quite see the big picture, can you, kid?

Stupid much?

Wow, I haven't heard a comeback as clever as that since Pee Wee Herman said "I know you are but what am I?"

Update: I see you're from Canada. WTF are you doing arguing about US state laws?

Update 2: Where are you from? I cant tell, you hide your profile.

even if you could see it, and there is a way to, it may not show where he's from.

Why, so you can pull the same type of "I know you are but what am I?" stuff that you pulled before?

I'm from the USA. Don't worry about it.

Man oh man.

Google- do you use it? In fact, if you merely copied/pasted it, the very first hit gives you the answer.

Anyone else think it was irresponsible of the media to release the name of the woman driver involved in the accident? That lady's going to get harrassed unendingly.

go go anti-geezer driving laws!

Exactly my sentiments. I'm not a football fan at all, but just looking at this from a sports perspective, Ben was stupid to be doing what he was doing, but for all we know he could have been driving perfectly safely; from the articles that have come out so far, we know that this old woman, who probably shouldn't be on the road if she's this slow, pulled out in front of him - and from the damage on the car this seems very likely to be the case.

So I heard he had facial fractures and a jaw fracture. Typically those take about 3-4 hours to fix and require 2-3 surgeons (unless the jaw was fixed by ENT and the face by plastics, then that might account for the 5 surgeons). But it shouldnt take 7 hours to complete. Also, I never seen a simple face or jaw fx go straight to the OR, granted I've never had BR walk into the OR, but still, something doesnt add up.

my dad's 63 and i wouldn't trust him behind the wheel of my car. he always finds a way to ding something on his car and he unintentionally slams on his breaks whenever he tries to slow down.... sigh....

i hope you've got more driving skills than my dad... then, your son's faith in your driving abilities are warranted. as for my dad, he's managed to back into something or ding every car he's had (even my car whenever i was away in undergrad). i just went home and found a big gash against the side of his car and he said he backed up and rubbed up against a tree... how?

I don't ride a motorcycle, and if I did I'd wear a helmet and pads. But I support citizen's rights, and think the current trend of restricting people's rights unless given out by the government to be disgusting. Even more disgusting is the idiotic people who can't see the big picture. And yes, that means you, Corky.

Do you live in a Democracy or a Dictatorship? You seem scared witless by your own government.

Please remember you have the vote if you don't like your governments actions.

that dude is either going to be left homeless after ben takes all the money he's ever had or he's gonna be killed by steelers fans once his name gets out.

That dude was a 63 y/o woman[/quote]

So given all of the debate about government regulation of seatbelts and helmets, is it terribly different to enact some laws re: old people with licenses? Most people I know would support increased state testing of these people before licenses could be renewed. Wouldn't it be infringing their rights to ask them to take comprehensive driving and cognitive skills tests every four years? I think this is totally different than a minimum driving age given the often far more drastic differences in competency between folks who are gettin' up there.

i call girls "dudes," too. it's not a gender-specific term back east.

i wasn't serious about taking away the licenses of older people... just making them have to retest every few years in order to keep it.
