It's almost warmer now ( in the middle of the night) than it has been all week. Currently 56 and most days this week only topped out around 50.

Upper 60s today
Mid 50s tonight, winds picking up.
Mid 60s tomorrow with rain and high winds.

Hope the sleigh has wind compensation and rain gear. (Rein gear?)

It's currently warmer outside than it is inside.

Yeah, the doors and windows are open wide on December 24th trying to take advantage.

"They said there'd be snow at Christmas. They said they'll be peace on earth."

"But instead it just kept on raining .... a veil of tears for the virgin birth" (not actually raining just grey but it fits my mood)

Pretty crazy, it's officially a green Christmas. A bit of snow on ground but it's mostly all melted.

Last time this happened was in 1998 if I recall.

Also just realized I totally forgot to get a topper for my new tree. The angel I had is too heavy. I might make a star out of card board for teh lulz. I was kind of late putting the tree up this year. I originally put my big one then changed my mind and got the smaller one. I had been eyeing one of those and figured I'd splurge.

Has been such a warm fall and winter that a bunch of trees in my neighborhood still have their leaves after Christmas. They're usually gone by the end of November.

Finally getting December temperatures, now that's it's January. Possibility of Snow this coming weekend. We've had none so far, so I haven't gotten a chance to try out my new snow blower (battery electric Ego that can really do zero turn radius).

-15 feels like -22.

Still warm for this time of year but definitely cooling down now after getting single digits for so long. It's also a different kind of cold, the type that goes right through you though.

Still not much snow on the ground either. It's been a weird winter so far.

Snow 6-7” I’d guess. -4C currently. Temps at snowfall were a tad higher so medium weight snow, not heavy.
