Anyone know of a juice reservoir that works with the Kangertech EVOD battery? I checked their website but didn't see anything.

The reason I'm looking for a different one is that they leak out the mouthpiece and elsewhere if you don't keep the e-cig upright on the battery at all times, which I find annoying. The clearomizers on their site don't appear to work with the EVOD. Might have to just buy a complete new setup. :-/

Have not even bought anything new hardware wise for awhile now myself, but I do still have a Mini Nautilus on a Spinner II I've used awhile now.

I'd think would work on an EVOD just fine, mines held up well over time for the small vaporizer.

Now you have me looking at stuff, just for grins and giggles :p

Looks my old spot even changing it's name soon.

This looks like one of the newer ones there an maybe an upgrade from the Mini Nautilus, I still like that one myself, for a small one.

Tried a whole bunch of stuff, including subohming etc... have to say that overall my fav due to easiness, TASTE and price is still Kayfun Lite V2.

EHPro Kayfun Lite V2 is fantasitic, I don't even remember where I got this from. Recently got a second Kayfun clone from fasttech, some $15 clone, build quality is "meh" but overall still good for $15.

Mind you me and wife are MTL (mouth to lung) vapers, I consider subohming WAY too hardcore. Direct lung hits? Seriously?

The Aspire Nautilus, *per se* is simple and nice, but gets very annoying since atomizers last maybe a week MAX and then they taste like shiate and you have to replace them.

I LOVE the Kayfuns now, all you do is replace cotton, no need for new atomizers etc. And once I make coils (I make very simple single coils 1.3Ohms with 28g Kanthal, 7 wraps) they last forever.

(I actually never "had" to replace a coil, when I replace them every two months or so just out of boredom).

** As for DIY juices, previous DIY experiences were meh and LOTS of flavours simply didn't taste right or required too long steeping. This was also when I made juices MAINLY based on VG.

Switched to mixing with Nic 24mg base (50:50 PG/VG) now and then 100% PG as base, it's a night and day difference. I think PG mixes flavours way better, plus it doesn't clog and produce dry hits. (Can happen with "thick" VG juices when it doesn't wick fast enough). PG based is so much better.

Kayfun V2 is just perfect for MTL IMHO.

The EVOD batteries:

Evod%20battery.jpg

Should have both 510 threads and EGO threads. Just about any decent tank should work. IMNO, the Nautilus tanks are a bit too big for those batteries...but they work...and don't leak. Nautilus Mini Tank would be a better size fit for those:

http://vapenw.com/aspire-mini-nautilus-kit

Check out VapeNW. Good prices, fast shipping.

I should mention I'm coming from Kangertech's E-vod clearomizer. It works ok but like I said, I find it a hassle to keep from leaking cause it's super easy for the juice to enter the hollow tube in the mouthpiece.

Hmmm, looks like that Mini Nautilus would work, although judging from the picture it'll over hang my battery on each side (battery diameter is just a scoatch bigger than the threaded portion).

I appreciate the help, Boomer. I don't read a lot about e-cigs and I've always found the options available overwhelming.

I've been using my smok m80 plus and the aspire Atlantis sub ohm tank. I used to rebuild my own coils but the new aspire coil housings are different now. Five holes instead of just two and the wire is setup differently. Not sure how to rebuild them unless I just rewrap the coil in cotton after torching it.

The older coils were very easy to do a horizontal build. I haven't gotten any new vape supplies in a year or so either.

Did some more looking and the Aspire Nautilus tank brought me to the Aspire Premium Kit.

This looks pretty great and as a side bonus I think the tank part of it will work with my existing two EVOD batteries. The kit is $5 cheaper at Sweet Vapes but MBV gives you 10mL of free e-juice so I'll try out their Raspberry flavor.

My new favorite piece is the Kanger Nebox. One piece until with a huge capacity. Simple with no fancy temp control etc. Absolutely love it. I had been using subtanks and still have one as my secondary on top of a vapor shark 40, will be buying a second nebox to replace it though. Bought 10 boxes of 1.2ohm atty's for $5/box on black friday. I'm good for a while.

Looks pretty nice for the price, yeah a Mini Nautilus even hangs bigger on a Spinner 2, though it comes with a nice flange.

It pretty much looks like a larger Spinner II with a higher output battery and a Mini.

Still use an Evic Supreme with a regular Nautilus and a stainless tank most of the time in the house, I have an Atlantis tank I pop on it now and then for sub-ohm. It works pretty well when I feel in the mood to go there.

I really do not even use that one a lot, the original Nautilus I still like, but even the Mini Nautilus with the Spinner II is pretty close to the Evic for just running around.

Like I said, I just really haven't bought anything new lately myself.

I've always heard good things about Kanger, but just never had tried them out myself as I all ready had many Aspire tanks that I liked purchased that shared coils.

They are both good companies. I've used both extensively and have no favorite. I have not tried the Aspire sub ohm products though, just the Nautilus. My wife still uses the Nautilus but I have moved to lung inhales away from mouth to lung.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

The little Triton Mini looks fun, and trades things off, but have put that in the things I do not need category :)

With the top fill and a few other options does look an interesting little setup for anyone in the market.

Time for an upgrade, the EVOD 'spinner batteries are like $10 these days. You can get a watt MVP3 20 watt mod for about $25 and take a huge leap forward, I'm sorry, using 60 watts of power means you will need a coil that will take that kind of power, I'm still using an MVP 20W and it works fine plus the coils are fairly easy to rebuild yourself. Currently using a MVP20W with custom-made micro coils@13.5 watts, I'm a happy camper, plenty of great taste and no buying expensive coils that perform at 1/2 the level of the ones I make myself.

I just got the kanger toptank mini. Very nice tank, holds more than my Atlantis. Plus I can rebuild the coils easily or set up and rba with the tank too.

when i bought my smokk M80, they told me it would not work with a nautilus; i asked why. they said "it just doesn't".
i kept asking if the attachment was different, and they said no. i asked what the minimum wattage was (this is a 50W battery, 4400milliampere) and it's 6w.

then they said "i would not recommend it" for a nautilus.

the concept that *I* decide how many watts to put through the atomizer completely escapes them.

anyway, laughs aside, i can vape moderately for over a week on a single charge. totally worth the extra weight;
also, the nautilus craps out around 25W - not enough juice and it burns out. but honestly if you need to vape a 1.4ohm coil at 25w, you got problems.

Completely works fine with the Nautilus and any other tank that the coil can handle. That's dumb I'm enjoying my smok m80 plus a lot.

So I decided to pick up the Aspire Premium Kit from Mount Baker Vapor. Ordered it just before midnight this past Tuesday and it came Friday (priority shipping but still damn quick).

Damn though, this thing is so much better than my Kangertech EVOD setup. It's bigger but everything else about it is much better; longer lasting battery, adjustable voltage and airflow, bigger tank, no leaking. Plus my EVOD batteries work as a backup.

Just ordered a backup Aspire CF VV+ battery, backup tank, and some French Toast juice. Both MBV and the Aspire Premium Kit are highly recommended!

If you think that's better wait until you try a mod box and bigger tank with sub ohm coils.

I was surfing the web, and found out there are vaporizers for cannabis. For the fun of it i am going to look what else is used with vaporizers.

Amazing, apparently users have found ways to smoke crack and meth by use of vaporizers. Even have build devices that hides the smoke anduse electronic silent lighters, all for in public use. I guess that is for the whealthy users.

Rather they do it than me, i guess.

I should note that the cannabis vaporizers are bulky devices that are not battery operated. These devices look more like smt soldering stations that produce heated air. Over several hundred dollars cost price. Claim to be more economic and because you can set the desired temperature, you do not inhale PAH and other carcinogens because of no actual burning of material.

One of the better although more expensive models...plenty of portable cannabis vaporizers, you can even use the normal eciggs and get cartridges prefilled with thc juice

I see. The ones i read about allow you to use the tops of the cannabis plant. Not juice, but more natural if you are into that. And since nothing is burned, it is claimed that less is needed. Making it more economical.

The one in the picture if for plant matter specifically, it's just a small metal container that is heated to around 380f, this 'bakes' the plant matter

Yeah, i read about that. Precise temperature control for optimum release of the cannibinoids.
