I dont believe in any religion, but this one ( Islam) in particular teaches more intolerance than most.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Indonesia, by far the world's most populous muslim nation as well as Malaysia. Now, they are still relatively backwards when it comes to human/civil rights and judicial systems compared to North America and Western Europe/UK, but are still eons ahead of the Saudi/Iranian/Syrian/Palestinian theocracies.

They have one of the smallest populations in the Muslim world.

Their nation is run by Saudis while the people of Saudi Arabia are mainly foreigners who are treated like slaves while Saudi nationals live off of oil money.
