I don't excuse them.

I just don't feel like I have to refute all the BS you spew. If I did I wouldn't have time for anything else.
If by BS you mean I'm lying you should at least point out 1 lie. Doubt you'll find it. Otherwise you claiming my accusations are BS is just your BS

Deflection and projection all the way to the bank. And probably a few, "Who, me?" on the way as well. So predictable, the man-baby flailing and excusing not just other shitty behavior, but his own as well.

If I had meant lying I would have worded it that way.

My use of the "BS term" is due to your extremism on the subject. Such as when you imply that IF I'm not marching up and down the street rejecting some idea then I must be for it. Which is BS. And if one GOPer mentions something it is now an Open Discussion by all the GOP.

Liberals and Leftists can be as racist as the extreme right.

Really? The _extreme_ right? The _extreme_ right tends to be eliminationist, or genocidal, on the basis of race. Liberals and leftists can be racist, maybe as racist as the centre right (liberals are, after all, basically centrists, or maybe the centre left, so are pretty much the mirror image of the centre-right), but as racist as the _extreme right? I don't think so.

Of course they can, though I dont think its an even numbers game.
Of course there is other kinds of crazy on the far left so summed up the bell curve probably fits if you discount the artificial inflation on the right by modern strategy GQP’ers.
You will be hard pressed to find the same number of fringe leftists trying to tear down society as you’d easily find on the right today.
Its the thing that bugs me about Rogan and his kin… His biggest problem in society is the woke left, the cancel culture on the left… while pretty much ignoring the opposite side of the bell curve where you have this mass of Q morons running at the capitol and otherwise trying to end democracy and suck Putins dong. Yea. Fringe left bad. Agreed. NOW LOOK AT THE INCOMING MAGA TRAIN FROM THE RIGHT damnit.

Look out! Here comes a "bothsides" argument.

Wow.

Which party is more racist is easy to figure out here. Which party does EVERY SINGLE overtly racist org rally around?
Which party does every single white nationalist org rally around?
Which party does every single klan group rally around?
Which party does every single neo-Nazi group rally around?

I could go on, but why bother?

Who embraced the term "woke?" Just Black people and those who are close to us.

It was used by Blacks as a retort to other Blacks who questioned their awareness of news events and cultural changes that affected their Community.

No one adopted it or sold it. It was simply appropriated by White racists who now storm into school board meetings and use the word, along with CRT, as excuses for banning books written by Black authors.

The word is so repeatedly condemned by luminaries in the GOP and on Conservative broadcast media and in print, that there is now a growing demand that any mention of program, company, or promotion that uplifts or benefits Black America ever be discussed again.

Boy, the GOP sure brainwashed a lot of folks.

Thus, you may be banned from talking about inclusion, equality or voting rights for all citizens because doing this is now derided as being "woke."

neither are correct. The term you are looking for is race, which is fine, it's just that race isn't a biological term.

....I guess if you wanted to use biology, and compare humans to like, mice or something that we use in the lab, you could just say "line."

We work with hundreds of different species of mice, some of which can interbreed with various rates of success, but even in a single species, say Mus musculus musculus, we've established many different lines within that single species that are used for various purposes, depending on what a research group may be interested in. That would be the closest analog to our human races.

....you know we did once have several different human species on the planet at the same time, but now only Homo sapiens remain. (Homo neaderthalensis, Homo heidelbergensis, The Denisovans...which we don't know enough about to extend an accurate taxa, but we interbred with them, too), were all separate species or closely related, and we interbred with all of them, and we all share a bit of DNA with each to this day.

Don't tell the religious nutjobs though, these plainly observable, incontrovertible facts of human evolution will piss them off.
Wouldn't the word be variety if talking biology?

KPCOFGSV.....Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species, Variety......I think that's how it goes classifying an organism. Trying to remember HS biology. My college biology classes were more microbiology, anatomy and physiology type of classes.

A stupid comment by a Republican would be "the moon is made of green cheese". It has the benefit of being stupid and nothing that politician can do concerning it would effect the public.

CURRENT Republicans as a party condone, support, associate with racists/racism. The suggestion of allowing states to bring back banning interracial marriage was yet another outright racist stand by Republicans. Remember how long it took to condone Louie Gomert. It only took his 15th racist statement before he was slapped down.

They are so quick to openly condemn their own just for saying "the election was not stolen" but overt racism? They just let that slide. It's gotten so bad a Republican in public admitted she attended an event sponsored by white nationalists and said "so what"

A Republican saying MLK should be banned for CRT is a stupid statement but we are here now.

One Democrat says "defund the police" and the entire party is branded but you were cool with that. (BLM is not the Democratic Party)

Republicans have a racist problem they are unwilling to fix. This was just yet another example.

That's the, "Who, me?!?" and projection that I mentioned, and he found laughable. I guess maybe funny cuz it's true.

"We"? Psychologically it is conservatives who feed on us v. them. Liberals just want everyone to get along and have been called pedophiles for 40+ years because of it.

At least some people who vote Democrat are human, and will be subject to acting more similar than you would like to admit.

Racists like to think they have a lot of company. It is normal for assholes to think like that. They are always looking for somebody else to take the flack. Once a child is made to feel worthless he or she looks for somebody else to lay that on, somebody they can say is worse. We become what we fear. The answer that assholes find to take comfort in, is pride in being who they are. Trump formed a cult by making his asshole self look like a winner. You can put perfume on shit but eventually the smell bleeds out.

Liberals/Leftists and the extreme right both dehumanize victims with broad strokes. Take the case of Fiddlehead founder Melinda Byerley she dehumanized Indian immigrants by terming them societal parasites, strip miners and worse. This is how the Nazis branded the Jewish People in the 1930s.

I've no idea who Melinda Byerley is. Google tells me she's a Digital Marketer and an "entrepreneur and marketing expert". Doesn't sound like any sort of leftist I'd recognise.

Also, why do you keep equating 'liberals' and 'leftists'? Liberals are centrists at best, in many ways they are on the right.

Did you stretch before that reach? I mean, that's a pretty drastic reach. You could hurt yourself.

Let's do a simple dissection, shall we?

She equally lumps in white AND non-white immigrants.

She OBVIOUSLY opposes the racist apartheid systems they came from.

She doesn't dehumanize them, she calls them out for attempting to turn the US into the systems that crashed the countries they came from.

She called German born, master race MFer Peter Theil a parasite here as well as non-white immigrants.

Why?

Because the "parasite" accusation has nothing to do with race.

It has to do with them coming here, getting rich, then attempting to not pay taxes, support the system that helped them get rich, and promote the same racism/classism that they escaped from their home countries.

The real Nazis are not the people pointing out that we've got a real problem with rich conservatives or "libertarians" wanting to implement actual fascism or who have spoken favorably of racially stratified systems codified by law.

Thanks for trying to educate me on the meaning of the word 'parasite, really! We know the Liberal and Leftists are experts in spinning narratives to suit their agenda.

If Peter Thiel deserves the scorn heaped upon him, then what crime did Khosla do? Why did she mention Vinod Khosla in her very specific list? It is clear who and what was being targeted.

By the way, she has already apologized for the comments made. You don't need to stick your torch up for her here in these forums.

I don't think she should have apologized.

She was right.

So one article from the NY Times makes him a tool in the eyes of leftists/liberals?

Thats why Khosla is a social parasite and deserves to be tax out existence in accordance with this vile person's opinion?

And you support her in her views?

No words can express.....
