I think the only thing keeping he hanging around here all the time is that I've already subscribed so the speed is fast, and I've been here forever and have lotsa posts.
but I really only hang out in OT, I find Arstechnica's forums vastly better for actual questions.. There are a lot of computer newbies here (and plenty of experts) but it seems like Ars is full of pro's who are more than happy to help and are always faster at helping me with linux or networking questions. as for hardware questions, Anandtech may have the upper hand. but I dont ask hardware questions. they are friendlier, you can cuss and post pictures within threads, they are more laid back, its just a better atmosphere.
