Not surprised. You started the thread by railing against blizzard and the game months before it launched lol. I think you ruined the game for yourself before it even launched.

Wow, D4 is releasing on Steam.

Not sure if bnet client will be required or if all the bnet login stuff happens in game.

Never thought I'd see the day where a blizz title ended up on Steam (Overwatch notwithstanding)...

Season 2 is pretty good. They seemed to amp up the item drops and really smoothed out the mount movement. XP gains seem pretty fast also. Worth a try if you already own it.

To me, my opinion, the game is boring af. I get no enjoyment out of playing it. I turn it on then 10 min later it's off. I'd rather play D2R any day of the week over D4. Maybe I've just hit my limit with the slot machine items games.

Wish they would make a new unreal tournament though.

I finally bought D4 this spring and tried Necromancer. I did Barbarian in the trial when D4 was released and did not like it. Using other characters is a lot more fun. I am surprised how much i am into D4 now, specially after the Season 4 loot reborn changes. Anyone else get into this game after initially thinking it was a dud?

I did one playthrough and started, but never finished, a second when the game first came out. It wasn't bad but not exceptional in any way either. I got into BG3 and never went back to D4. If I had to do it over, knowing what I do now, I probably would not spend the money for a full price purchase. Might as well just replay D3.
