Oh my god i've just actually took the time to read the post fully, and I have come to a blinding and definate conclusion. You are both absolutely stark raving bonkers. Mad as a hatter. A sandwich short of a picnic, etc etc etc. She sounds like a crack whore and you sound like one of those people with latent psychotic abilities, the type that will one day go on some mad killing spree. I honestly don't know how people can post stuff like this and not realize they have a problem. Read it back to yourself and tell me i'm wrong. The sooner you let it go and get over it the better you'll feel. If she screwed you over so bad why didn't you just block her on your IM client? Why are you even talking to her on it? If you try to do something you'll just pull yourself in deeper. Get over the thing and let it go already.

Till you've ridden on the hood of her car during an argument, you cannot fully understand how a woman can really kill you. (don't ask me how I know, just trust me...)
Do not comminucate with her ever again, she's using you as a fallback over & over, she'll never stop, your material posessions are crap, let them go & move on, never speak to this woman again.

cause 1.2. revenge is a cold business and you're burning. that leads to mistakes and those would become a fvckin huge problem.
2.1. get out do some sports get the aggressions out. pump yourself out until you can't stand anymore.
2.2. drink a beer
3.1. to proparly get your stuff back she has to be dead in your book else it will lead again to emotional outbursts. you got to be dead serious on this.
3.2. when your cold enough about her don't tell her you want your stuff back. go there, grab your stuff, leave. (make sure she's there else it could count as breaking in or whatever).
4.1. now that she's dead in your book live your life.
4.2. whenever she reapears remember she's dead in your book: a quick bash without any emotion will work.

Here's a general rule I give freely....most of the time your significant other is not trying to hurt you with their actions, it's just the way they are. They often do not see the wrong the other person does. This is the way life works.
For one person, going out each night and banging a total stranger is a normal thing, just as is coming home and getting into bed with their spouse. That is who they are.
Now regardless if it's eating in bed, lack of personal hygiene, promiscuity, etc you cannot change them nor give them rules.
You either accept it or move on or reach a compromise.
The thing is in this case I believe the poster wants revenge, but also has feelings....in that he will lose, she will have the upper hand easily.
When I was really young I held on to exes thinking I needed to fix whatever happened.
I have now learned I can accomplish two things at once, fixing all our problems and keeping them close to me....this my friends is called the back of a milk carton.
