Illegal ownage!!

So I'm riding with a friend to a softball game yesterday. We're stopped at a light when all the sudden *WHAM* we get rear ended. Fortunately everyone was ok, wearing seat belts, and all that.
My friend gets out and goes to speak to the driver. Then comes back pissed as hell. The guy doesn't speak a bit of english and we think he's an illegal. Apparently the guy is also intent on leaving quickly because we hear him start trying to crank his car. So I call the cops while my buddy goes to make sure they guy doesn't run off. Fortunately the cop gets there pretty quick.
The encounter between the cop, my friend, and the other guy goes something like this.
Cop: " I need to see your license, registration, and proof of insurance please."
Friend: "Here."
Guy: "no habla english"
Cop: "Sir...no.. no sir you can't leave. Just wait."
Guy: "no habla english"
Cop: "Sir.. just sit down, sit down, I'll be.. um... uno momento."
Guy: "no habla english"
Cop: "Dispatch.. I'm out at <address given> I need a spanish speaking officer."
Guy: "no habla english"
Friend: *sigh* "Those goddamn <highly offensive ethnic slur> (not repeating it, don't want a vacation) are the whole problem with this country"
Guy: "Hey F you man!! You lucky this cops here!"
Cop: "Wow... you sure learned english awfully quick."

Turns out the guy had no license, insurance, ID, nothing. Cop hauled him off.

I had to go to the local courts last week as part of an assignment for my Business Law class. One of the cases I saw was something very similar. A non-English speaking Hispanic who crashed into a guy, had NO insurance, NO license, and no habla Englese. His brother, who was his witness spoke no English either. The proceedings were interrupted while the court waited for a translator. There was already one in the court for the defendant, but there had to be a separate translator for the brother when he was on the witness stand...all at taxpayer expense.

The illegal immigrant invasion gets worse and worse here every year.

Well.. he's not really a racist. Just has balls the size of watermelons, especially to say that in front of the cop. He told me later he said that deliberately to try and make the other guy say something back. Looks like it worked.

See, illegals can't afford good cars and can't maintain their cars properly because Tha Man aka, beloved patriot, pays them shit wages because they have no papers or rights to be here in the 1st place, but anyways, since they can't afford to have cars with good brakes, they get into more accidents.
