If I'm not mistaken, one of the cases has already come up and been tossed. One that remains hasn't really come up for review by the Supreme Court. All that's happened has been a petition for writ of certiorari, which means that they'll conference, and at least four of the Justices will need to agree that the case is worth of review before they'll look at it. The SCOTUS gets around 7,500 of these a year and grants around 100 to 150 of them. I'd be surprised if any of these Obama cases even make the list for discussion.

That all said, I suspect when this is all over we'll find out Obama's camp was involved. They probably reported what they heard to the FBI and were involved in the wire taps and collecting of evidence for the prosecutors. Of course after that's revealed, we'll be into the Obama Years by then and the tinfoil hat brigade will claim it's a FBI cover up and demand a special prosecutor be appointed, wasting more time and money. And so it goes.
