Sh*t happens. A traffic accident can slow you down, bad timing and catching every single red-light can do the same. You can miss the train by 5 seconds because you decided to make your bed that morning.

While I doubt I'd ever participate in a flash mob, I don't see what the big deal is, if it's harmless fun, esp. since from what I can tell, it's typically over in like 15 min. or so. It's not like this concept will ever catch on to the point that twice a week there's a flash mob going on in your town.

I'm often on a very tight schedule, and 5 minutes of pointless BS can make me late for something I had planned. It may seem like all harmless "fun" to you and the people doing it, but it can be just annoying to the people it affects.

if browsing magazines is that annoying to you , then you should loook into killing yourself immediately cuz you live a sad sad life.

If I'm trying to get in there to pick up a magazine before I head to work or a friends house, then yes, it is annoying to me.

If I'm just fvcking off during some free time, then I wouldn't care, but if it makes me late for something, it's not so harmless to me.

a book or magazine can never be that important. If it is you should have planned delays into your schedule. When you goto work in the morning to leave with exactly enough time to get there not banking on any traffic? No certainly not you plan to leave enough time so if htere are delays you make it on time to work still.

Right, because we all know those with real jobs who have responsibilities love to waste their time doing things like this. I'd be interested to know how many of them had houses and full time jobs.

BTW, being different by being like a few hundred other people kinda defeats the point.

they were trying something different not trying to be different.

I wouldnt be surprised if most of them had jobs houses and responsibilties that they wanted to get away from the routine and throw a little spice in there boring and predictable lives.
