like i said, you bring nothing to discussion. are you forgetting about the terrorists in afghanistan? Pakistan? indonesia? chechnya? phillipines?
should I name more?? those terrorists are not arab.
Don't blame the actions of Palestine and link it to the Muslim world. Egypt/Jordan get along fine with Israel. Like I said in my previous post that the Arab world is 15% of the Muslim population. Palestine does not get respect in the M.E even from their fellow Muslims. If they did something would be done about the current situation. I still do not see what this has to do with the majority of Muslims. All of the countries in the M.E hate the west? Then why does the U.S call most of them our friends?
Point is, Islam (or a gross misinterpretation of it) is the problem TODAY. No other religion inspires so much hatred an murder in current times.
The Taliban are terrorist? They might have extreme views, but they are not terrorist. They harbored Al Qaeda in Afghanistan who were the terrorist. You still don't have 10% as most of the terrorist actions in those other countries were linked to Al Qaeda who I said had a number of around 12,000 by current estimates.

The same as some Pope ordered all Turks killed in 1095. Killing in the name of God. These people were beheaded by Muslim insurgents in the name of Allah.
terrorism just doesnt happen out of nowhere. it requires a great deal of support in money and a safe haven, etc. just because 5 people are shown on the video doesnt mean only 5 people took part in that certain beheading. there are many more that took a part in it.
we know islam didnt behead anyone, but when people of the same religion cause almost all of the trouble around the world, people start to assume and some make up their minds more quickly than others
So is every other religion, even Satanism. That does not excuse the fact that a large percentage of so-called Muslims have been schooled to hate the West and Jews in the name of Islam. You can call them "bad Muslims" all day long. It's due time "good Muslims" got up and did something about these people turning their religion to a doctrine of hate.

1. Terrorists kill claiming they do it in the name of Islam
2. People claim Islam is a religion that encourages terror
3. Muslims jump to the defense of Islam.
Why the fvck don't you Muslims attack and kill the rabid swines that are performing acts of terror in the name of your religion instead of dancing around the issue and acting as if the greatest crime committed here is the slur on Islam. Your fellow Muslims are perpetuating these incredibly cruel murders. Why the fvck isn't the Muslim world sending in large numbers of forces to kill these "few" bad apples - I mean, come on, these guys are not just rabble-rousers - they are committing murders in a fashion that is comparable to Hitler's killing of Jews. And all you can come up with is, "Don't blame Islam for the acts of a few". Well, then get the fvck off your butts and do something about it :| Otherwise STFU, do your namaz 5 times a day and swallow it when the world calls these pigs ISLAMIC TERRORISTS.

Actually, I understand where you are coming from. But I am very cynical of ALL religions, not just Islam. But I don't subscribe to the camp that thinks we should impugn an entire religion based on the actions of some of them.
I grew up in a town that has 10,000's of Arabs in it. Dearborn, Michigan. Now of that huge number, maybe even higher today, I would say that at LEAST 10% of them are in fact, Christian and not Muslim at all. That is because Arab does not necessarily equal Muslim. Anyhow, I got into fist fights and all out brawls with many of them growing up. Not because of our religious beliefs, mind you. I know these people to be for the most part very peaceful, kind human beings. There are exceptions as noted above.
I simply don't see these beheadings as being something that is done because they are saying their God is better than our God. They are saying, get the FVCK out of our country. If it helps you sleep better thinking they are killing these men because they don't like you God, then so be it. But I assure you, it runs slightly deeper than something that simple.
well the short answer is that many muslims agree with the terrorists to a certain degree. im not speaking for all the muslims, but a huge portion of the palestinians supports suicide bombings etc
The majority of Muslims do not hate the Jews and the west. Look at the countries surrounding Israel and you will see one problem and one problem only. Palestine. Jordan/Egypt/Lebanon hate Jews? Tell that to the Israeli people who travel to those countries.
schools that preach hate for Jews and Muslims? Show me how this is widespread. Show me proof that their government supports this. Show me proof that this is happening in the majority of Muslim countries. Also reading from the Quran all day long might be extreme, but it doesn't make one hate the west or Jews. Watching a CNN video of Pakistani children reading from the Quran with their head going back and forth does not justify your point. What countries are you talking about where the good Muslim should get up and take a stand against the bad Muslims?

All you are doing is arguing that there is no contractual evidence of Islam bound to commiting acts of violence. The evidence lies in these beheadings - not in some book. Seriously, you think the problem here is people hating Islam. No, the biggest problem is people killing in the name of Islam. Don't try to skirt the issue by talking about irrelevant things. I come from a country with the second largest population of Muslims in the world - India. I am not like most Westerners who only have a passing acquaintance with Muslims. In India, when Islamic terrorists commit terrorism, Muslims are the first to acknowledge and treat that at a social level. In the rest of the world, Muslims want to turn a blind eye and wring their hands and cry crocodile tears over the "unbearable and unfair criticism of Islam".

Bottomline is this - if you are a Muslim and you hear someone suggesting that Islam is religion of terror, there are one of two things you can do about it:
1. Defend Islam and argue with the people criticizing Islam
2. Look at source of the problem and do something about it.
As long as you keep taking the easier option #1, you will continue to hear that Islam is a religion of vile terror.
