I recently decided I want to collect nerdy figures. I just ordered a couple of blind box Android figures and want to find other types of nerdy dolls to collect.
40k is your drug

I collect all the analogue media I can get my hands on as I love it!brianmanahan said:this includes things like sports you play, things you collect, or creative things you work on.
On average, I spend about $24,000 per year on Lego and $50,000 on cars.
Last year I spent $120,000 on firearms and accessories.
I have so many unused laptops that I reduced my annual computer spending from $30,000 to $10,000 though.
Yes, I'm sure. I have all the receipts (tax purposes). Over 1000 bales of hay, 50 pounds of grain every night, medical expenses (all their vaccinations, etc.), fencing improvements, building improvements, etc. We had a couple of goats get sick (grrrr... we bought from disease free herds; someone lied). So, last year, while we sorted out who had it and who didn't, we refused to sell any goats; we turned away quite a few potential buyers. At an average selling price of $125 for neutered males, $300+ for breeding quality males, and $300-400 for females, we only have to sell about 2 dozen to break even. With 40 females, each having twins... We expected a profit, but the unexpected happened, and we took a loss. Are you sure? What do you do with them?

holy crap dude, that is a metric butt-ton
i would love to see those guns
Same here. Most of my hobbies have high start-up cost but after that, very little per year.
Examples:
Guns are expensive, ammo not so much (especially given how seldom I get out to shoot)
Tools are expensive, wood is pretty cheap
Music instrument is expensive, practice is free
