That's a lot of words used to dodge a simple question and pretend I am the one misunderstanding you. You know what word is also really racially charged? "Racist." I'm not going to say if I think these sayings are racist or not (none of them are things I agree with or would say), instead I think it'd be more productive to frame them as things that could/often will be interpreted as racially insensitive and offensive. When you say someone's language is racist they will usually take that to mean you are calling them a racist, which is understood to mean "a very bad person." It's a highly emotionally charged word often used to signal to others that a person is bad/internally at fault and should be silenced.

If you simply tell someone their language is racist there's a good chance they'll feel something "well I'm not a racist and you don't understand where I'm coming from when I say this so I'm just going to ignore you." If you explain to them why their language could reasonably upset and offend other people instead of coming from a position that's entirely critical of the speaker there's a better chance they'll take you seriously.

If everyone agrees then it doesn't need to be said, now does it? Further proving the point that people that ARE saying it are doing so simply because they want to and they know they can get away with it.

Any logical person would take what you said, and understand that you are advocating not using the term. The people getting "away with it" should be shamed for using it. The point of shame is so they do not get away with it which is to try and stop them through non legal channels.
