1/4 miles in the high 14's. Only mods I did was straight exhaust and removing the speed limiter. When I had some nice road huggin rated tires on it, I topped out at 150. The car was just amazing at 90+ miles an hour. No lag from the pedal, super quiet, super low to the ground (dynamic air suspension).

This was back a while ago (2000-2001). Since then it has become a beater and money drain.

and yes I do have the slip, and will be more then happy to prove that, is it fast? Nope, but it's what I got, out of MY car, not bench racing.

1.6 60', 12.7 at 119?? Please scan that.. 119 with a 1.6 60 should be mid to lower 11s.

1 = He pooched a shift.
2 = His timing's off because he didn't finish the dyno tune for race gas.
3 = 1+2?

I don't think I've ever heard of a single case where a GDA (USDM MY02-05 WRX) made it into the 12's on the stock TD04 turbo. Plus, his trap speed is way off. AWD tends to trap low, not high, for its ET. So yeah, I as well am calling BS.

BTW, my MY03 WRX sedan runs high 12's at about 105. PDX Tuning Stage 4 ECUTEK reflash with VF39 turbo, full Invidia/Prodrive exhaust, other assorted goodies, and pump gas.

Haven't taken mine to the track, but from what I've seen from members with similar mods, mid to low 12s.

Fast enough to blow by cars in the freeway w/o needing to downshift. That's all I care about.

The fastest my Eclipse ever ran was 14.0 @ 104 (2.6 sec. 60' time. Any ricer that tells you FWD is good is an idiot or a liar).... that was with a stock turbo, intake mani, cams, ECU, etc. Since then I put in HKS cams, a sheet metal intake mani, a standalone ECU, and got a very large turbo, but then the turbo died in about 2 oil changes. Once I get another turbo and some drag radials I'd like to get back to the track, hopefully this summer. I'll have the parts to run 11's, but I suck at driving and my car isn't very consistant.

Uh oh... you brought up a DSM Eclipse. Now M4H is going have to tell us all about walking cranks. :p

FWD? What year/model? Going off your username, sounds like a 2G GS-T Spyder, yeah?

I find that a six-foot leash is best, otherwise they can get out of hand.

Lol. Yea, I already had crankwalk. A few friends and I put a 6 bolt engine in the car a few years ago. Thrust bearing failure is not an issue for me anymore.

*Edit - Yup, 97 GS-T Spyder. A few old pics: http://www.stevesgrandehead.com/page2.htm

*Edit #2 - Better pics from about a year ago: http://www.stevesgrandehead.com/car5_28/

my 1995 intrepid battlewagon might not make the quarter mile, but if you were against me, it would be able to handle the damage :)

my 83 toyota supra (7mgte, that is all i am listing) I dont know yet, I'll post the times and slips once I get it to a track. ;)

Your Honda Fit does the quarter mile in a blisteringly fast mid 17 seconds and does 0 to 60 in an amazing 9.5 seconds.

Yea, I wouldn't worry about 4th gear. A Honda Fit will probably not see the top of 4th through a half mile, much less a quarter mile. ;)

My Z06 does the 1/4 in just under 11 seconds, mod free (why mod an already amazingly fast car....0-60 in 3.7 stock).

Who is your daddy and what does he do?

I said I was guessing. :D

Yeah its slow... but i bought it for a commuter car, not something that was "fast and furious" :)
