Actually, you are going to jail because you violated probation. And they are not treating you like a bank robber. They are treating you like a person who illegally posseses drugs multiple times, even when on probation.

I'm guessing that the idea to stop your behavior hasn't even entered your mind. How many times will it take?

well, mainly due it being illegal. if you want to change that, lobby and do ome legwork on getting either all drugs legalized or get alcohol and tobacco banned. doing it while its against the law just because you see it as unfair doesnt fly too well in court... but youve seen that firsthand now, havent you? as for why you were set to no bond, it could have been the judge that saw you had just finished classes on drug abuse/ prevention whatever and then chose to once again possess illegal drugs, making him believe you would do the same if given the chance. i made that assumption as well.
