HELLO!!!

you honestly believe this is fair punishment for a productive member of society who chooses to use illicit drugs on his free time... i dont hurt anyone but myself with my drug use, i pay taxes, hell i havent had a traffic ticket/any other kind of ticket in 5+ years....

but because i use drugs that someone decides arent "ok" like alcohol and tobacco (which are actually worse for you than alot of drugs) im treated like someone who robbed a bank, or shot someone..

Productive?

Oh man....now I have Diet Coke on my monitor.

You are a waste of skin.....apparently your wife is as well. You should both be locked up, or given a mercy killing, and have your child taken away and given to a family with more brains than a bucket full of 3 day old runny diarrhea.

posessing phenobarbitol 4 months later, an anticonvulsant...

If you did not have a medical reason for them, then you broke the terms of your probation.

From what you have written, you agreeded/were told to do your community service (check:thumbsup:), take the classes (check:thumbsup:) and stay clean for 6 months (failed:thumbsdown:).

What else should the law do - they gave you a chance and you blew it....
Unless you can show that you had a valid medical reason for the drugs.

What else is there to say, it is compeltely on your shoulders

You assumed the risks that go along with what is currently an illegal activity. You got caught and are complaining about how it isn't fair like some little kid. Life isn't fair. You broke the law and got caught (repeatedly).

Stop whining and take it like a man.

you can try and rationalize it all you want, but the fact remains you are breaking the law and will suffer the consequences for your actions.

it might sound like i'm preaching, but it's the truth.

Zane I have a feeling your preaching to the choir on the drug decriminalization stuff but just because you don't agree with the law doesn't mean you don't have to follow it. Since you can't seem to understand that and you can't understand that you are the problem you deserve to be locked up.

what the fuck? so you want to follow in your father's footsteps? did you hate that your father was a druggie? did you feel robbed because he went to jail?

why do you want to put YOUR family through that. break that chain!

if you have no med insurance you can apply for state sponsored insurance can't you?

If you care so much about your ability to use drugs, fight to change the laws. In the meantime, follow them. You seem to be whining an awful lot, and normally that would irritate the hell out of me. However, I'm sure you'll have plenty of time to whine about be unfairly jailed when you are in your cell, and away from the forums. Have fun!

You keep mentioning how you can't afford things like an MRI, but you are still spending money on drugs.

Imagine how much extra money you would have if you had just gotten your wife the MRI, and hadn't been doing all this dumb shit?
