I've been wanting to get these for some time but never did.
Although, I've had pretty good exp with rayovac rechargables.
I have 4 AA 1600 & 4 AAA 750's
they're charged in an old radio shack Ni-Cd charger at 140 milliamps
i have them running in AA: Digital Camera, Wireless Keyboard
AAA's are running in: MP3 Player and Wireless mouse
They last pretty long in all of them, in the wireless KB/Mouse, they go 3 & 1 month respectively
Digital camera will go for a while, i dont use it often, like every other month, but whenever i need it, it always has enough charge to take pictures, like 30~40 pictures. I dont really kno how many since i've only recharged them 2 or 3 times in the past 8 months.
MP3 player eats up batteries the quickest, like 6-8 hrs of playtime. If i didn't have the rechargables, i simply wouldn't use it.
Anyway, i'm sharing this to show that Ni-MH batteries can hold a charge for a long time, i'm not sure of the powerizer's but if their charge magically disappears after a month, thats not normal, its ok if it's reduced, like 30 pics instead of 50 pics, but dead battieries is not normal
