Yeah...I'm hoping mine doesn't ship until after ~August 20 or so because I've pretty much spent my "allowance" this month on PC gear and I don't want the charge to appear on the credit card statement UNTIL the following statement.
 
Yes AGP... I missed out on my local best buy offering the AGP x800xl for $179.99 AR... sigh. Not going to buy this! I just am not! 😛
 
Beginning to wonder if ATI actually realizes or cares about the flood of orders they must have received on this card? Maybe they can actually meet demand?

ATI is based here in MA, so they should be aware of what's going on at this point. I got in early Sat morn so I'm still hoping mine goes through.

My order confirmation said it would ship in "3-4 weeks" which I already mentioned in the thread.

 
I just ordered a X800XT PE & called ATI CS to ask when they expect to ship. The guy said they have to wait for one to come in that needs refurbishing before they can ship one out. It may be a few weeks.

So I'm in the queue....EXCELLENT DEAL!! Should be worth the wait!
 
Yeah, I am guessing that now would be a bad time to get into the queue, how many AGP x800xt PE's are there out there to refurb, anyway?

Who knows. This deal has been on every single forum I frequently visit and I assume there was a large demand for these cards at this price. I just hope it wont be too long.
 
I placed my order late Fri/Sat morn and it was already on FW by that time. By this time there must be hundreds, if not thousands of orders.

Same here. I had been happy with my 9800 Pro but it just couldn't quite muster all the power I needed with my new high res monitor. Also I don't plan to upgrade systems for a while so the AGP should work for now.

And I figure since this is a pre-order deal and many people seem to have taken ATI up on the offer, I have about a 50/50 chance of actually ever getting a card.
