JB: Anyone above the rank of full colonel has kissed someone's ass to get that rank -- plain and simple truth. If they are in the upper echelons of military power, they have serious political connections and are more politician than soldier.

My marriage liscense is good in any state. If it where left to each state to decide on gay marriges would they have there liscense honored in all states like mine? Double standard cop out by Cheney.
