What?
I launch an app, and unless the OS is so FUBAR that it takes more than a click or two, my entire user experience with the OS is done, and now I'm in the app.
2 seconds tops of the grand "user experience" to start a program, then spend hours in that app, how the fuck does the OS make that the "entire user experience", assuming of course the OS doesn't crash, or so mismanage the resources so that the app runs out of memory?
You responded using a browser, can you really tell what the underlying OS is while you are doing that? Be it W10, W11, Apple, Linux, Chrome OS, it would take a sharp eye to discern the difference.
