If his chances with the middle daughter are that good, why isn't he dating her already?

I love how everyone just supposes that he's going to get action if he moves in these girls, as if they're just aching to get boned but can't find a guy to give it to them. The middle child is in Toronto until april and is single.
The mother is just friendly.

The only 2 people that could possibly want anything are the mom and the middle daughter. I doubt the mother wants me.

That leaves me with the middle daughter who I've always liked, but we've always been in 2 totally different places until now.

I'm not saying you don't have a chance, it's just a comment on the general attitude in this thread that you moving in with them automatically equals mad s3x0rs.

Your chances aren't going to improve just because you move in with them. If anything your chances with this girl will be greatly reduced once she's exposed to all the unglamorous activities that come along with living with a person. Haven't you ever heard the saying "You don't sh!t where you eat"?
