i am skinny. Even if i eat more, i cant seem to gain weight.Any tips on gaining weight? especially in the arms.

That's got to be the worst reason I've ever heard someone give for taking Creatine. He doesn't want to be a bloated fatass. Creatine is certainly helpful in the gym, however (CEE over Monohydrate FTFW).
To the OP. You're obviously not eating enough. As an ectomorph I know how hard it is to gain weight. I had to go from 2k to 3.5k+ calories a day just to make significant monthly gains, and even that big of a jump becomes less effective over time. Increase your calorie intake, but do it with protein (lean meats). 1-1.5g of Protein per pound of body weight is a good start. And don't quit the gym... this sort of sh1t takes time and determination.
