Help Me Get FAT!!!!

I used to have that problem. If you're eating more and you aren't gaining weight, you aren't eating enough.

I have a very high metabolism, but once I started eating a lot more (about twice the amount I usually do) I gained around 10-20 pounds.

That's got to be the worst reason I've ever heard someone give for taking Creatine. He doesn't want to be a bloated fatass. Creatine is certainly helpful in the gym, however (CEE over Monohydrate FTFW).

To the OP. You're obviously not eating enough. As an ectomorph I know how hard it is to gain weight. I had to go from 2k to 3.5k+ calories a day just to make significant monthly gains, and even that big of a jump becomes less effective over time. Increase your calorie intake, but do it with protein (lean meats). 1-1.5g of Protein per pound of body weight is a good start. And don't quit the gym... this sort of sh1t takes time and determination.

Creatine doesn't make you a bloated fatass.

That is why I said join the gym.

I probably saw more gains in my first few months than I did in the year following them to be honest. It gets a lot harder when you hit your first plateau.

As to the subject, however, if you are doing a well balanced weight training program and still not seeing gains it's time to start looking at your diet. You don't need 'fattening' junk food, you need a lot of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. Implementing and sticking to a proper weight gaining diet was always harder than the actual workout in my experience.

how old is he. if he's a kid..well.. just keep eating man. your metabolism will slow and u will have your wish granted effort free.

I see you live in San Francisco. Just go to Chinatown and eat all three meals a day there. It's tasty, cheap, and soon enough, you will balloon like a manatee.

Eat
Squat :this will make you hungry and want to eat more
Go easy on the cardio, do some but don't do A LOT of it.
Bread and milk before you go to sleep.
Take on lots of milk.

And just EAT A LOT. If your not gaining weight YOUR NOT EATING ENOUGH.

I had a hard time gaining weight when I was 17-20 also. I put on weight but it was a lot of work for me as I was a thin guy. Funny thing is when I hit 21 it is MUCH easier now for me to put on weight. I guess 21 was just 'my' point to put on weight. I'm my heaviest at 85Kg in the morning that I have ever been.
