Good luck with that one...

I'm almost out of salt with all these "leaks" going around...
I expect it to be between 5850 and 5870. And priced to compete with the GTX 460.Though seriously, does anyone seriously expect the HD6870 to be slower than the 5870 when its been over a year since the 5870 launched?
Then why would they call it the 6870?
Because all the facts floating around are incorrect.
Well then they arent really facts now are they :hmm:

Careful there. There are a few folks who run around the forums and lecture the mass how we shouldn't dare to question a vendor having "control" over its products. Regrettably (and predictably) such annoyance only comes for their preferred vendors only, though. :biggrin:Renaming, if true, is just plain idiotic.
I feel very much the same.AMD have proven themselves to be masters of misinformation and misdirection over the past two generations. No question there.
we know for a fact that it won't be 32nm.Remember the ATI 48**? When it finally had 800 shaders...
Heck 6*** series could be on 32nm for all we know.
Well i was saying that it could be on 32nm from all this information that's flying around.
I don't believe GF or TSMC have a production ready 32nm process yet, so I think that's a no go.
I just heard that AMD hired Intel to produce the GPUs on their 32nm process. :sneaky:
