I don't know about soul searching, but I'd damned sure be out there making it clear that they in no way speak for me. If you had much analysis skills, it would be obvious that 2012 was anomalous for the minority vote, likely something obama did a la econ recovery for their social stratum instead of any particular shortcoming of romney. Notice again that obama isn't running this year.

It's also rather odd your side would shun identity politics given the unprecedented +14% and -10% shifts for non-college & college whites, respectively, which almost certainly something Trump did instead of the same old dnc establishment.
