they are just race realists. They are the victim in all of this.

The reality is the days of white people sipping scotch and mowing down indigenous people with gatling guns is over. And some white people are mad about it.

Hey man, they're trying hard at Standing Rock!

"Those of us in public life can only resent the use of our names by those who seek political recognition for the repugnant doctrines of hate they espouse.

''The politics of racial hatred and religious bigotry practiced by the Klan and others have no place in this country, and are destructive of the values for which America has always stood.'' -- Ronald Reagan, 1984

Trump is a malignant narcissistic. He could care less who anyone is so long as they lay adulation on him; frightened neo nazis, David Duke.. could be Charles Manson and so long as they say he's the greatest they'd be good hombres in his book. This is what you get when you elect an old man with a personality disorder.

DHS employee:

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/aug/23/dhs-employees-website-we-are-going-have-kill-lot-w/

Public calls for violence against white people:

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...-party-calls-mass-killing-white-people-bombs/

The obama rallying with the guy who has a "kill whitey" tattoo:

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...-with-new-black-panthers-at-2007-selma-rally/

http://nypost.com/2013/06/22/kill-whitey-panther-is-held-on-gun-rap/

So what did this all say about obama and his supporters? Is this what you would describe as tacit consent? We are finishing up 8 years of black nationalists calling for violence against white people... including announcing murderous intentions.... without a word from the media or obama. And zero investigations by the justice department.

Me I couldn't give less fucks about these loonies. Although I do see a lot more connection between obama and these groups then I see with Trump and the white nationalists in the OP's link. But all of a sudden its huuuuuuuuuuuuge, We are going to see Jim Crow laws and slavery in the U.S.... quick everyone to their safe spaces!!!!!

Not a great mystery which side you're fighting for in the upcoming race war you've been dreaming about.

It is weird how these things all have fallen into place almost immediately after Trump won.

Trump ran on a divisive campaign and made a lot of crude comments about different groups of people. The media and other people have been criticizing him for being a anti-this or a anti-that. It seems like all of this is actually happening like some sort of magic or coincidence. I'm not sure whether magic or coincidence exist - they may but I'm not sure.

It is really strange how all of a sudden you see the so-called white supremacists just coming out of the shadows right after Trump wins. Not only that, they are getting widespread media coverage! How bizarre.

I'm sure these type of speeches were given before Trump came into power yet the media and other people never said anything about them. Yes, I know that in this case they are claiming to be supporting Trump, the President, so it has more weight. Yes, that is why the media is covering them. I understand that part.

Still, it is so strange how everything just fell into place. These people just coming out and the media "exposing" them after decades of barely even covering them.

Oh well. I guess the world has turned on its head just because Trump won.

Or has it?

I'm not sure why you find it so mysterious. They were told to keep low profiles during the campaign season. Campaign is over and they won, so out they come like cockroaches from everywhere. And they are going to sing their songs louder for being victorious.

Who told who?

I'm not arguing or anything but the suddenness of events right after election seems just too obvious. I mean, the candidate who ran on a divisive and hate mongering campaign is suddenly being cheered on by blatant racists almost immediately after the election. Not only that, the mainstream media is giving them full coverage not seen anytime in the recent past. I even heard NPR interviewing one of these so-called white supremacists. I forgot the guy's name but he was promoting things like having certain parts of the country be exclusively white.

But I guess the world we live in is getting more and more bizarre by the day so anything is possible.

If you don't see the difference between the links you provided and the situation with Trump, it is purely due to willing political blindness. You gave no examples of Obama ever saying things in support of violence against whites. You are trying to present a DHS employee as comparable to a cabinet appointment. As soon as you have examples of Obama supporting a white registry or a Christian registry, maybe you have a point. If you have an article about Obama trying to appoint that guy with the "kill whitey" tattoo to a cabinet position, then you'll have a point. As soon as you have examples of Obama asking for entire religious groups to be barred from visiting the US, or making fun of disabled people then you'll have a point. The point isn't that Trump has some obscure relationship with these individuals. The point is that Trump is the one making the statements that these people are rallying around. Trump is the one appointing these people to cabinet positions. Trump isn't some side spectator. Trump is encouraging the behavior.

Its more that the alt-left media refuses to cover trump fairly. http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-altright-idUSKBN13H28K?il=0
Huh? What alt-left? You on that crack again, man?

I saw/read that. It is the weakest reprisal of these horrible people one could ask for. AND he had to be pressed on it more than once because the answer is so milquetoast.

He sounds like my 12-year old who will say whatever so he can get back to playing video games. All that's missing from his "statement" is a "Gawd, get off my back already. Jeez!"

It's far more than this one group. These people suddenly feel emboldened and empowered with Trump being elected. They are becoming louder and more aggressive. They see Trump as the source of their renewed power and focus.

Here's the thing. Trump railed against Obama for not saying "radical Islamist". You'll notice every time Trump or someone in his camp discusses these people they won't name them. No labels. Now why is it OK for Trump to refuse to identify a group but it's the end of the world if Obama doesn't? Does he want to be the face for these groups?
Hmm. I'm thinking . . . something about September . . . Just can't quite bring it to mind, but I'm thinking that maybe not all racist nutjob groups are equal threats.

Historically the case, try reading it sometime.

fwiw I don't think the Black Panthers even of the 60s/70s were totally bad guys, even though some of their methods were unacceptable. However, I do think that shitting yourself over fears of a sudden revival in violent white power groups is about as rational as the fear some Republicans had of Obama empowering black guerillas to rise up, kill white man, and rape all the women.

Good thing they don't have one of their own in a position of tremendous influence.

I think Trump hired Bannon primarily because the latter knows a fair bit about propaganda and catchy headlines. Counselor to the President isn't a very public or powerful position, unless you think somehow he's going to manipulate Trump into thinking "You know what, maybe we should bring back segregation". I mean, Trump's a dummy, but even if Bannon somehow got Trump 100% on board with his views, the moment Trump's Twitter feed starts exploding and his approval rate plummets, he flip-flops, fires Bannon, and takes a selfie with some random black person to show his commitment to racial equality or whatever. Until that happens, this is just a continuation of the usual fear-mongering that occurs whenever any candidate outside of the mainstream gets endorsed by extremist group X.

I will admit that Trump's rhetoric inspires particularly stupid individuals on the alt-right to commit violence, and we'll probably see more Dylan Roofs coming out of the woodwork during Trump's presidency, so it will be up to him to very loudly denounce it if/when it happens.

You say that as if Trump didn't ride into office on white solidarity rhetoric, by staying the alt-right course instead of pivoting like everyone else said he should. Keeping that dial at 11 and beyond by paying off the rust belt and whatever else Bannon has in store is how he's going win again in 4 years and establish that kleptocracy for his family.

Anything else is just wishful thinking, like somehow the real trump is going to unveil himself after 70 years of the same deal.
