GTX 560 Ti Leaked Benchmarks/Info Thread

Give it about another month or two, and there will be overclocked gtx570's that will equal/outperform the gtx580.

There have already been 580s that have hit 1ghz on the stock cooler over at xs

Sorry, I didn't clarify what I meant. I meant that there will be gtx570's that will come factory overclocked and will be as equal/faster than gtx580's.

Gigabyte wouldn't be releasing a 1ghz core model if it couldn't. I think 1100 might be doable with GF114

not necessarily because there have been cards released in the past that went little to no higher than the factory oc. still it does likely mean the stock 560 will have decent headroom.

There already is, a gtx570 superclocked for $369 ,and a little overclock.😎

I have to disagree. Especially when most gtx570's will hit 850mhz on the core, which essentially makes it equal to a gtx580 - a $500 video card. But to each his own.

Yeah, taking the results from one game and one site at one setting and saying nvidia (not a specific card) as a whole has better minimums is... well, not cool.

I think Happy was showing the super clock as better than 580, and your graphic doesnt show that card, so he wasnt cherry picking at all...

How about presenting an argument instead of insulting people?

You didn't say look at the 570s minimums, if you were comparing it to a 580. You said nvidia, as soon as you say that you are automatically comparing them to the other non nvidia cards on that list and the only other cards there are AMD cards.

Even if you did mean the 570 compared to the 580, its minimums are still lower, so what was the point of you post? What did you mean when you said what you said?

@happy_medium You worded your post quite oddly and even the little emoticon makes it difficult to what you are getting at. When you say look at nVidia's minimums you are automatically making a comparison with AMD cards on the chart because both GTX 570/GTX 580 are nVidia cards so they fall under the blanket statement nVidia's minimums. The question that arises in the readers mind is "Look at nVidia's minimums compared to what?" - The only other cards on the charts are AMDs.

To further dig into your statement you say "look at nVidia's minimums" despite disproving Castiel's post that GTX 570 wasn't worth 349$ with the information on the chart. There is no reason for you to point out the minimums because obviously a GTX 570 that is overclocked performs higher than a GTX 580 therefore the minimums are also higher (the chart supports this), the only conclusion we can make from this statement is that you are comparing them to AMD cards because they are preforming poorly in the chart.

Finally, you put this emoticon "" that says Colbert when you hover over it. Whether this has anything to do with comedian - I don't know but what I can tell is that the emoticon does not look amused. The proper emoticon to use would be :thumbsup:, as you have just proven that a cheaper GTX 570 can preform as well as a GTX 580 which shows approval or even 😎,😉,😛 would be clear and concise.

In conclusion, what I am trying to get at is that you, blatantly calling other users trolls is unacceptable because your original post is very vague and many people can take it the wrong way. If people interpret it wrong, don't attack them, correct their mistake in a civil manner.

TL;DR : happy_medium's post is too vague and his attack on another user is unnecessary.
