Glass half empty or half full?

Great good is said to be like water,
sustaining life with no conscious striving,
flowing naturally, providing nourishment,
found even in places
which desiring man rejects.

Its obviously half full, Glasses are by DEFAULT empty (unless you are some kinda crazyman with full glasses in all his cupboards).

😉 half empty

The glass is half empty and half full.

It is impossible to be half empty or half full since that would indicate that both conditions are not true.

Thus, the answer is clearly FALSE.

If the liquid is on it's way to depleting it is half empty. If it is on it's way to becoming full, it is half full.

Beyond the engineer joke, this is entirely a matter of reference.

If I'm filling something up, and it gets to half way, it's "half full." If I'm draining something, and it gets to half way, it's "half empty."

So if I'm filling the glass, it's "half full." If I'm drinking out of it, it's "half empty."

If it's a beer, it's "time to order another round."
