Glass half empty or half full?

The glass is over qualified and over paid for the position. The glass needs to be laid off and replaced with a cheaper entry level container.

Your poll is broken. the only way the cup can be 1/2 empty or full is to do it in a vacuum.

If you're pouring something into the glass, when it's at the halfway point, it's half full.
If you're emptying the glass, when it's at the halfway point, it's half empty.
