Do you have a TV infront of the Gazelle Power Plus?
I am a member of a gym where each cardio machine has a TV infront of it with headphones so I really enjoy doing cardio.
I dropped from ~23% BF to 10% in 3 months, but then I gained some of it back because my membership expired and as a college student, I didn't have money to renew it.
I began to hit the gym again and oh god, I just love eating as much as I want and not worry about weight... I do cardio every other day and I made it a habit to not stop until I burn 1000 calories in one session.
I am sure you burn a lot in the Gazelle Power Plus, but you really should try uphill jogging... I usually jog with 5.2 mph on a 15 degree angle and I can burn 1000 calories in 40 minutes... Its extremely hard though... I began with 10 minutes when I first started... built my way up...
Also, I hope you are not working your abs too much... I am pretty sure your abs are extremely defined right now, its just the skin + some fat covering it. Once you get around 8-8.5% BF range, you'll see that 6 pack
And for all of you, don't do 1000 situps & crunches everday, its just a waste of time. Unless you have a BF % that's lower than 10, you will see no six packs.
