Nice man. I've been working out but my diet sucks. What exactly consists of your diet? I'm interested, even though I'm not fat by any means. I want to work on a 6-pack but it's just tooooo hard! :(

I 've gone from from 175 lbs (~23% body fat) to 150 lbs (10% body fat).

wow!! thats pretty impressive.. you look bigger (stronger) than 150lbs though in that last picture... i'm about the same weight as you w/ a little less body fat but you look much stronger than me... maybe i'm a little taller (5'11")?
either way, good job.. everybody here is telling you that you look good for a 44 year old.. i say you even look good if you were in your twenties... keep up the good work...

Definitely worthy of congratulations. Good job. Amazing just the difference in the first few months.

What'd you do diet wise? Any bad stuff you are still eating? You doing an atkins-like diet or just a good-healthy diet? Any foods you really miss or still go for when you want them?

How often do you do aerobic and/or strength training stuff?

You using any suppliments or pills of any type?

Every discussion about diet here turns into a flamefest. :(

If anyone's interested in my diet, PM me.

Man, that is great Riprorin! There is hope for me yet. If you start "lifting" now, in another years time you will look like a highschool quarterback ;) I wish I could get the drive to work steady like that but unfortunatley I'm to lazy and like sweets to much. Maybe one day.

What did you do from April to June 2003? That is only a few short months with quite a nice improvement.

I just ate a healthy diet and ran a lot.
How much running are we talking about?
