What clock speed are you going for, you delidded and put it in the loop right?

Sorry I missed your question Balla. I was hoping for 4.7Ghz bench/game stable but I think it's not to be. I tried 4.7Ghz@1.425V and it was nowhere near stable. Not sure if it's worth pumping more voltage into it.

I think I'll stick with 4.6Ghz@1.35V for now.

I am expecting a 4770k to arrive today. Lets see how it performs :)

Let us know how it goes.

Let us know how it goes.

Has been running AIDA64 for the last half hour at 4.8GHz at 1.276V and temps have peaked at 85C with the Seidon 240M with stock fans (will be replacing the fans). I will delid the chip tomorrow to drop the load temps to see if I can hit 4.9 under 1.30V.

Got the chip delidded but I ran into an issue with my cooler. One of the screws of the Seidon 240M mount now has loose threads and does not bolt down so there is a rise in temps as only 3 sides are screwed down. On a side note, Did get the system semi-stable at 4.9Ghz at 1.365V and 5.0Ghz at 1.425. Once I get a new mount kit from Cooler Master (conveniently, they are closed until Tuesday), I will proceed with fine tuning.

Balla, what uncore frequency are you running? I seemed to have difficulties maintaining stability at frequencies 100-300 less than the core when using adaptive uncore voltages. AIDA64 crashes 30-45 minutes into the test.
