i want to smash my head against the wall. i finally decide to bite on a smartphone but the only one that looks to be without any flaws isn't out here, bahCarriers suck. Four incompatible networks suck.
Is there anything more concrete than the ultra gay names of these phones yet? Like. . . a release time frame?

I'm not sure I like the idea of picking between at&t and verizon only =/ Though, not sure how much having Sprint as the 3rd choice will help. (I'm sticking with Sprint as long as I can)i really wish we only had 1 network in this country that worked, or 2 and then everything could just be dual band

yea thats not what i meant 1 or 2 networks that EVERYONE can use, carrier is irrelevant
in a perfect world, AT&T, VZ, Sprint,.... would all use the same damn frequency
function is going to be the phone to get, itll be out before anything lilke bionic from motorola right?

How would they sell you an exclusive device then? The consumer isn't smart enough to make their own decisions, Apple taught us that.![]()
If it has LTE,.....
itll be the device to get even without LTE, i couldn't care less about LTE but the Gs2 is a sweet looking phone
actually if it has LTE there a large chance i wont buy it. i see no reason to pay more and get worse battery life for something ill literally NEVER USE in the next few years
A blanket statement saying "its the device to get" is subject to the buyer. As you even stated, having LTE would make you not want it when its THE reason I would.
Granted LTE markets are limited but for those who have access we (me included) might want it. My reasoning is its going to replace TW as my ISP. The speeds provided by LTE make is feasible and cost saving.

i hope you hardly use the internet, because verizon is not gonna like you abusing their network. by the time it comes out they will have already gotten rid of their unlimited plan
bandwidth caps > you?
Yeah I'm hoping to get "in before the lock" on unlimited data.
'unlimited' to a point, if they detect you using it as a hotspot all the time they will either a)shut you down b)charge you for the tethering.
FYI, didn't verizon say they will just throttle the top users? Technically they can/will advertise their service as unlimited (like t-mobile does), but will throttle you.
