btw, if you watch the video on the website I linked you can figure out where the "child molestation" charges come in. The boys were 14 and 16 when arrested. The 14 year old was considered a minor by Iranian law so the 16 year old "molested" him hence, "child molestation." But since they both engaged in sex consensually they waited until the 14 year old was old enough, by holding them both in prison for 2 years, and then convicted him too.

So the "child" that was allegedly molested was hanged too at the age of 16.

How fvcked up is that?

Question 1: Why were the facts regarding the alleged molestation withheld for several weeks after the original story was first printed?

Question 2: you still haven't responded to the post I made quoting the Iranian judicial spokesman who admitted to the NY Times that some of the July/August 2007 hangings, during the Plan to Enforce Moral Behavior, were for "sodomy." Why are you avoiding that challenge?
