Definitely Propaganda. All the Hot Chicks they put in front of the camera... it's the cable news booty call. If they really want to crush CNN I suggest more cleavage. And less Dick Morris.

Pretty sure FoxNews crushes CNN anyway.

Not in ratings, and certainly not in integrity. Not that CNN is much better, they've been going way down hill for years, on both sides of the political commentary sphere.

"Fox News currently leads the cable news market in the United States, earning higher points ratings than its chief competitors CNN and MSNBC combined by average viewership"

Like it or hate it, they do beat CNN in ratings

"While more people are actively watching Fox News Channel at any given time, CNN still remains the leader in unique viewers.[2]"

Why omit the next sentence?

Heres a old story showing how Faux spins the ratings...

On any given day, more people typically tune to CNN than to Fox .

The local topless club always has CNN on. You'd think a network named Fox would be a better fit for that locale.

Wait a minute. So proof from Iran isnt proof, proof from Iran watch groups isnt proof, proof from news agencies isnt proof...WTF man? LOL

news agencies?
what news agency? you mean foxnews? the news agency that left out the fact that they molested a kid? What other news agencies do you got?? Where is the proof???

There are plenty of ways to find proof. Someone who wasn't there to witness it IS NOT PROOF. Want me to write a story up on how U.S soldiers are going around murdering people and make a website? Hell there are hundreds of such websites I bet. You suggesting they are FACT?

WTF man are you fricken blind?

"Two Iranian youths accused of homosexual acts and sexually abusing a minor sit in a cell prior to their execution in 2005."

that is right under the pictue of the two guys in jail.

Further down the piece it say

Iranian officials insisted the two were guilty of not just homosexuality, but the forcible rape of an underage boy. Gay rights supporters say those charges are often applied to homosexuals who engage in consensual relations.

I mean really WTF!! the only one leaving things out of the piece is you so stop spreading your Iranian propaganda. :|

THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN THIS THREAD WAS CREATED.

Plus this thread has turned into "Iran never said they molested a child".
It is more like "lets attack Aimster rather than talk about the way foxnews did the reporting"

Hell foxnews.com says critics "often" say Iran does this when they kill homosexuals, but 99% of the articles that people found on here to attack my point have been THE SAME INCIDENT. People need to look up the word often.
You STILL havent responded to my questions... why the hell not?

For the last time:
Question 1: The facts regarding the alleged molestation were withheld for several weeks after the original story was first printed. Only after the world condemned the hangings for homosexuality did the Iranian government come out and announce the extra charges... why is that?

Question 2: you still haven't responded to the post I made quoting the Iranian judicial spokesman who admitted to the NY Times that some of the July/August 2007 hangings, during the Plan to Enforce Moral Behavior, were for "sodomy." Why are you avoiding that challenge?

Viewers who aren't the same, i.e. people who tune in longer aren't weighted any different than those who tune in for shorter periods of time.

Anytime you have any country and they dont have total freedom of the press, you can expect the State to crack down on the press or run it themselves. If you see a country with no bad press, then there is no freedom of speech in that country. Are you so stupid you are brainwashed?

QFT. And yes, we have a lot of brainwashed left-wing whackos here defending Ahmadenijad and Iran like their own kin.

they're no worse than the fuckheads who ignorantly bash iran and anything ahmadinejad says without any kind of understanding of what's been said.

How do you know they were withheld?

WHO TOLD YOU THAT?

So are you saying everything from the NY Times is correct? If so then let's have a party. Because according to your buddy Bill O, he likes to blast them almost weekly.

In *THIS* case Fox News was obviously wrong, the men were executed because of raping a boy.

Not everything is black and white and not everything the Iranian government does NEEDS to be bad so that you idiots can thump your sunken chests, this is NOT an excuse of any kind, but i'd rather take every translation made and see that it states the same thing and arrive at the conclusion that that was the reason for the execution, than to just assume that US media is correct. In a rare occasion they are correct, but it's mostly like pentagon reports, with a grain of salt the size of Russia and taking a look at what politicians are involved and what relations they have to companies in the US you'll know the truth long before the US public does.

There is no doubt that Iran does execute homos, in this case they executed the gay couple because of something else, big fucking whoopdedo and something that a lot of us would be willing to concede if it wasn't Iran.

Aimster, Iran executes people for any reason, real or made up doesn't really matter, it's a dictatorship the people are second grade human beings and disposable, it's how every dictatiorship works.

you completely failed to address the second question... how convenient and predictable of you.

as for the first, the following article discusses the entire story and certainly brings into question the validity of the rape charges. Maybe you should actually read a link for a change...
Even if these boys were guilty of rape, there is no doubt that others [in Iran] have been killed simply for being gay. So the pictures are not so much forensic documents as they are dramatizations of something that almost certainly exists.
Source

now, putting that single case aside for a moment, will you finally address the issue of the Iranian judiciary spokesman who recently admitted that several of the Iranians hanged during July and August of this year were executed for the specific offense of "sodomy"?

We're waiting...

ps: I do not watch or listen to Bill O, so your straw man argument there was another swing and a miss... The Iranian Judiciary, one Alireza Jamshidi, was quoted directly, and without retraction.
